IMO the key chain belonged to Tai, but on that day Tien had it for some reason ( for example siblings sometimes borrow the keys of the other sibling when they are staying over, me and my sister do it constantly). This is why he remembered seeing it but couldn't identify it. It was not his and he can't be aware of every single small thing his brother has, especially something as small like that. He probably didn't pay any attention to it.

Let's say I'll be very surprised if Tien was not the one who saved Lomfon. It's a show about soulmates, after all. ;-)

According to what I've seen, the Tien/Lomfon story is not included in the La Pluie novel, it's supposed to be a separate book that hasn't come out yet.

I've found an eventually spoilery Tien/Lomfon clip from Suar's casting, but I've no idea whether it will be included in the series like it is, because one of the things they say is not consistent with the plot as it is right now. I can send you the link, if you're interested, but the translation is in Spanish.

Tien is the only one from the mains thinking with his head and behaving rationally, yes. Him being (sometimes) bratty, outgoing and impulsive doesn't make him stupid or blind. Everybody else is either undecided about something, or ignoring things, or doesn't know what he wants, or simply behaving like an idiot. Tai, Lomfon and Patts I tolerate at the moment. Tien, I love. 😼

Love Mechanics remains one of my favourite BLs ever, despite the messy plot, because it was perfect in any other way - flawed, multifaceted characters, great acting, great direction, and the love SL was really strong and convincing. The production did the absolute best with the material they have been given, and considering what was going on, it must have been hard.

Did anyone notice that Lomfon wasn't making any sense either, in addition to everyone else except my baby Tien?

So Lomfon doesn't believe in soulmates, everything is coincidence, love is logical, there's no destiny, but he's wearing the keychain of someone he doesn't know all the time with him and this person is supposed to be his first love, even though he never saw them. Isn't this called believing in destiny, too? Someone saves you and drops something you keep in hope they will find you through it and guess what, they are your first love. So very Cinderella of him.

I don't think she does, because Patts didn't tell her anything when she asked to get back together with him. He should've told her that he doesn't want her back or at least should've pushed her away when she kisses him. He did none of that, so the blame is on him alone.

This episode was weird. Not bad, but sadly, not that good either.

Patts is apparently head over heels for Tai, but didn't tell his ex-girlfriend to leave him alone then and now let her kiss him for at least 10 seconds with him closind his eyes and everything instead of pushing her away immediately. I have flashbacks of Love Mechanics.

Tai is apparently head over heels for Patts and had sex with him (yes, it counts as sex for me), but his smile to Lomfon when he was videotaping him can be interpreted either way - as very, very friendly or romantic. No wonder Lomfon thinks he has a chance.

Make it make sense, plz.

Two interlopers at the same time is one too many, especially when we know from the trailer there will be another one-sided kiss between Lomfon and Tai. So they'll probably get rid of the ex-girlfriend first before concentrating on Lomfon, which means the love square will drag and drag, probably until the end of the series or shortly before. To be honest, I'm slightly disappointed.

On the positive note, there was only one flashbacks in this episode and I liked the scene with Tien and Lomfon under the stars, it was by far the best part of the episode for me. The making up session between Patts and Tai was hot, too. ;) And I really like them hinting at a romance between Bow and Khun, go girls!

Tien has established himself as my favourite character and this episode cemented this. Plz don't hurt him.

It was stated that Tai can hear his soulmate talking to him since his 20-th birthday, the same day his parents announced their divorce. He has said many times that he's been ignoring his soulmate and hasn't been replying to him for 2 years, so he has to be 22.

Tien is in his second year at university, it was said in episode 1, so he has to be 19 or 20.

I have a cat myself and I don't understand why Tai's door is closed all the time exactly because of the cat. Since I have a cat, I've forgotten about closed doors in my appartment. This makes indeed no sense.

Maybe one of his other brothers we hear about but never see takes care of the cat, if Tai's bothered to let them know about it? It was so weird that Tien didn't know about his brother adopting a cat. It was the very first thing I did after I got mine - let the entire family know about this glorious news. ;)

Nope, no translations. I saw the spoiler somewhere on TikTok and checked it myself using Google Translator. The names of the brothers (one means Northern Lights, the other one Southern Lights) matched so I consider the spoiler to be correct. No idea whether it will be included in the series, though. We barely saw the other two brothers.

If the spoiler I've seen is true, the oldest brother does indeed have a boyfriend. La Pluie is the second book in the series, the other book is about the oldest brother and his story.

I'd take anything (Patts and Tai breaking up for good, Tien and Lomfon ending up really hating each other, etc.), but not them ruining the brothers' relationship because of Lomfon. I like Lomfon, but he's not worth this. Nothing is worth destroying Tai and Tien's bond. I refuse to accept that this is a possibility at all. It doesn't suit Tien's character at all.

This is actually a pretty good series. The highschool couple has had a good enemies-to-sort-of-friends development so far and they are also doing a very good job with showing the detoriation of the relationship of the established couple and Thana's gradual fall from grace.

So far, that supernatural aspect is not needed at all and the creepy lady is the only thing I don't enjoy.

Tai reading a Nora Roberts book in bed is such a mood. I'm starting to think that him being unable to accept his parents' divorce might be because he's reading way too many such books. ;)

The main couple have amazing chemistry and know how to kiss, but the second couple have slowly taken over for me. I just think their SL is more interesting and taken separately, Tien and Lomfon are more compelling characters - Tien with his crazy energy who's generally wearing his heart and feelings on his sleeve and Lomfon with his calm, composed nature who can hide his feelings very well. Although, as it seems, he won't be hiding his crush on Tai, at least not to Tien.

Plz don't drag the love square for more than 3 episodes, I want it to be finished by episode 9. And what about Patts' ex-girlfriend? Is she going to appear there as well? How many interlopers are going to try to come between Tai and Patts? Only Lomfon or only the ex would've been enough.

And OMG, I knew that key chain is important, they specifically showed Lomfon playing with it in episode 1.

I have to compliment whoever did the casting, all actors are fantastic.

Honestly, from the GMMTV 2022 line-up I was the least interested in this one. The mock trailer didn't appeal to me at all and I never expected to like this.

I was so wrong. So really, really wrong. If the quality and the story stay the same, it will turn into one of my favourites ever. I absolutely love it!

The new preview for tomorrow is up and I honestly can't wait.

It seems the mains will kiss again and go even further and there was a shot of Lomfon caressing Tien's hair while Tien's sleeping... ☺ It's so rare for me to be excited about both couples equally, but here we go.
