I stand behind (most of) Neung's behavior, but...He writes "A fool" on Palm's cast? Seriously? What kind of a…
I think it was meant to imply that Palm getting his arm broken in order to protect Nueng went too far and that Palm shouldn't have done that, so he's a fool. I kinda agree with Nueng here, tbh.
I love Nueng, bratty self-centered attitude nonetheless, so maybe I'm biased though.
did it not occur to you that maybe it was Palm who took that photo of Ben and Neung kissing? the angle of the…
It occurred to me, but I really, really loved that it didn't even cross Nueng's mind, because honestly, the obvious person for him should've been Palm, but he trusts him enough to know it's not him.
IMO Palm's actions and reactions when he saw what was going on showed that he didn't do this. He literally took a beating for Nueng and wasn't even angry about it. He wouldn't hurt Nueng like that, at least not deliberately. Instead, he tried to put that "You're the boss, I'm the servant" wall back between them.
Help, I can't stop rewatching that kiss scene - the more times I watch it, the more I like it. ;) I have flashbacks of the Eclipse first kiss scene and my reaction to it.
Well, I drank alcohol when I was 14 (only a little bit but you know...). Not only me, most of people drank before…
Legal drinking age in my country is 18. I drank for the first time when I was 16, in front of my parents. :) They were the opinion that before I tried beer or wine in secret without them knowing, they should allow me to try it themselves in front of them. I hated the beer then and I'm still only a casual drinker.
There's no way for Tanya and Chanon to know about Nueng being allergic to alcohol if he hasn't drunk before and they knew about it. I can imagine Nueng's parents allowing him to try a sip on a familiy dinner or something.
The question about why he was served alcohol in the first place is the real plot hole here, I agree.
My favourite scene was the one on the rooftop when Palm found Nueng. Briliant acting from Phuwin, I felt every word he screamed and rewatched the scene several times. Idc what anyone says about Phuwin, he is a very good actor.
I called it. For me, it's obvious Chopper outed them, it was written on his face. It was very subtle, but still there. I don't know what to say about Ben, because I continue to love him despite everything. He was a coward, yes, but his father, whom he's afraid of, was there. I don't know how exactly he's supposed to come together with Chopper, though, if they are going there. I hope to see a real development and not him suddenly going against his father because Chopper is his one and only or something. After this, it would be totally OOC and unbelievable.
The scene of Nueng with Tanya was also very well done. I hope she is not dead, I'd love to see her again, she's one of my favourites.
What's with this show and bad fathers? Every single one of them sucks. Ben's, Palm's, Nueng's and even Phum's didn't make a very good impression.
Someone commented that Palm deserved a real kiss and should not have been treated as a substitute, so to say, for Ben. The kiss was, however, entirely Palm's choice. He wanted it, found a reason for it and went for it fully. :) He obviously didn't regret it afterwards, so it's on him and him only. For me, it was clear he offered because he wanted to kiss Nueng, saw an opportunity to do it and didn't really care about what excuse he would give for it and I'm ok with it.
I kinda fail to "feel" this show. I like all characters and all dynamics but somehow for me something's missing…
This is exactly how I feel about MSP. Good acting, I like all characters, cute, well done, polished, etc., but something is lacking and I have no idea what. Still not a reason enough to drop it, though, I'm a casual watcher. I'd say, give it a chance for a couple of episodes more.
From the preview, it seems that the Ben/Nueng relationship will be revealed to the school next week and I wonder whether Chopper is the one responsible. I get that he's a nice guy and everything and I trust he likes his cousin, but I found it very weird that he encouraged Ben to confess when he likes him himself. What if he was hoping for Nueng to reject Ben and when it doesn't happen, he snaps?
Now that the subs are finally back and I was able to rewatch without everything that happened in the episode being overshadowed by the ending, I can say that my favourite scene was the one in the library, when Nueng told Palm he could have everything. I hope Palm will take him on the offer later.
Also, Nueng doesn't know how to love and expects to be loved differently and this is why he reacted the way he did. This is also why he started drinking in the first place.
this BL and GAP the series are my "i see it, i hear it, i do not care" when it comes to both fair and nonsense…
I love your comment! As a fellow PondPhuwin fan I can only agree. I don't care about what anyone says and I hope NLMG will do well enough for them to get a third series together. :D
WTF I can't get any captions on youtube. Anyone else having this problem? It's like every series from GMMTV. Weird.…
It's been more than 12 hours since the subs disappeared for me (Germany) and so far, nothing has happened. I guess gmmtv are not reading the desperate messages on YouTube, because the comments to all 4 parts are full with people complaining about it. :)
What's interesting is that the views, at least for the first two parts of episoide 4, are still good or at least not worse than for the previous episodes. I was expecting people not to watch when they can't get what is being said.
Honestly when PondPhuwin were announced as leads of this lakorn-style heavy drama BL series, I was a bit worried…
Without PondPhuwin, I wouldn't be enjoying this half as much. I've loved Phuwin since FUTS and don't get the criticism about his acting, he was great as Pi and here he delivers, too. I think he is portraying that mixture of hidden hopeless anger, insecurity, vulnerability and brattiness perfectly.
And I see a lot of comments praising the side (future) couple and so far I see nothing happenning between them that would get me interested or invested. Are they really that great? The guy who plays Ben, sure, but I couldn't care less about whether he'll end up with Chopper or not. Chopper's character was not even in the first trailer. I guess it's nice they have a love interest for Ben, but the side couple is definitely not why I've been waiting for this to air for a year.
I see constantly people praising the side couples in pretty much every show I watch and so far, I almost never get it. I guess I'm a main couple type of person. :) The notable exceptions were the main couple in My Engineer, because they were simply awful, and in Don't Say No, because I really disliked one of the mains.
You can watch the entire episode with subs on kisskh site.
Nah, I'll wait, because I want my views to count for this one. NLMG is doing well on YouTube, but still... It's so annoying, though, because the subs were there when I watched it one hour ago, wth are they doing, how is it possible to mess it up?
I loved the episode. From the beginning to the end, there was no wasted second.
For me it's clear that Nueng doesn't know Palm is into him and is flattered by Ben's attention. I also think he does like Ben, at least enough to try, although it's clear to him that the one he's attracted to is Palm. Palm is, however, someone who works for him and behaves all shy and insecure around him and there's no way for Nueng to know for sure whether Palm is just doing his job or he genuinely cares about him. Nueng is well aware that no one except his mother loves him and it's no wonder he wants to give Ben a chance. It's so heartbreaking.
That being said, despite everything, Nueng being a self-entitled and spoiled brat came out at the end. I get that he was drunk and that he's generally a good person, but falling in love with his bodyguard is not enough to erase the upbringing he's had. He's someone who is used to getting his way and when it didn't work, he became irrational and cruel. I trust that with time, this will gradually decrease when Palm and Nueng come together. I admit I don't want the brattiness to disappear completely, though, it's part of his charme for me and it's what makes the character unique. When it's not malicious, I'm ok with it, the Palm/Nueng dialogues were very entertaining before.
Why didn't anyone stop these guys from hurting Palm, it felt like they kept kicking him for minutes.
That Ben/Nueng kiss was so awkward, but I liked it, it was exactly as a first kiss between two not very experienced boys, one of which is actually into someone else, should be. I'm glad it happened, the Nueng/Ben thing had to go somewhere, it's been there since episode 1. Hopefully it will be over by the next episode and we'll get a better kiss. :)
PondPhuwin are electric on screen, I love them! The actor who plays Ben is also very, very good.
i also have some what same thoughts , like how palm started developing this way all along , for beungdio side…
Yes, it was love at first sight for Palm, and for me it was obvious. In fact, Palm was way more transparent about it the first time they met than Nueng was.
I love Nueng, bratty self-centered attitude nonetheless, so maybe I'm biased though.
IMO Palm's actions and reactions when he saw what was going on showed that he didn't do this. He literally took a beating for Nueng and wasn't even angry about it. How is it possible to lose subs that were there before?

I admit I kinda want it to happen, just to spice things up. Most folks on twitter disagree. ;)
