Are you guys watching this on youtube? I swear the eps were on the MeMindY channel a few days ago. But now when…
It's still on YouTube, they haven't removed it. From what I know, the YouTube videos are visible only for fans in Europe, Africa and parts of Asia, though. The rest of Asia, North- and South-America and Australia are supposed to watch it on iQIYI. I'm in Europe and the iQIYI link doesn't work for me, but I can watch on YouTube.
The latest episode was so good, OMG. Fast paced and interesting and full of suspense. I only rolled my eyes at the accidental kiss, it was not necessary. Ayan and Akk didn't need it, the sexual tension is there for everyone to see.
Ayan is still the best character, but I wanna write about Akk today. I was hoping he would get more interesting as the series progress and he did, but I still don't get his character and what he's doing, he's very contradictory.
It was him mainly to blame for the teachers bullying Ayan, because he put him in their sight. I don't remember how many times he went to that horrible male teacher to complain about him, but it was more than twice, that much I remember. He should've known that would have consequences for Ayan, so I don't really get why he acted so shocked when it happened and why he went to comfort Ayan afterwards. So he wants him gone from school, but is against what the teachers are doing to achieve that, but he reported him to them in the first place? Make it make sense, plz.
Kan saying Ayan's cocky. :D Pot, meet kettle.
After comforting Ayan and seeing him cry, Akk still wants to expose him and get him expelled so he suggests to his friends to follow him around every day and night, weekends and national holidays. Wat and Kan's reactions to that brilliant idea were more than telling. How much exactly are you obsessed with the guy, Akk, and how far are you willing to get with the stalking?
Akk is not brainless, though, he got a lot of things right. Ayan is getting revenge for Teacher Dika, even though he was not his boyfriend. It seems that no one in the school knows about the death of Teacher Dika, so I'm really curious to see when exactly he'll connect the dots, because he will, I'm sure of it.
I wrote this in the comment section of Love in the Air series, too, but thanks God for The Eclipse and Love in the Air, this BL series are the only ones to keep my interest at the moment. The views for The Eclipse seem to be picking up since this episode, and hopefully soon it will get the recognition it deserves if they keep it up. I knew I was gonna like this since the first teaser and I was right.
I liked the development of Rain and Payu in this episode, they are moving in the right direction, but my highlights are still the scenes with Sky, I just adore him and can't wait for this story. I also wished there was more of Prapai, because his character so far is obscure, while Sky is better developed.
It's also interesting that while Prapai is over the moon with happiness after having just met Sky and it shows, Sky is the same as ever. So he either wasn't impressed at the start, or he is very good at hiding his feelings.
I wasn't the biggest fan of the way Payu treated Rain in the last episode, but I liked him here a lot better, and I also noted his brother saying several times that Payu is not an easy person, so I'm taking this into consideration. The scenes in the restaurant were IMO indeed what Payu said, just teasing, because he wants Rain to react accordingly. I still hope this was the last time he called Rain stupid, because they are moving into getting closer fast. There also wasn't IMO anything problematic in the hug/comfort scene and I didn't feel Rain was pressured into hugging Pauy, on the contrary, it felt like Rain didn't expect to be comforted at all and this is why he was perplexed at first, but he exhaled when he hugged Payu back. Let's also not forget that Rain could've been comforted by Ple or Sky, but he chose to go to Payu instead, no one forced him.
Thanks God for this series and The Eclipse, nothing else holds my interest at the moment.
I hope we get more information about Sky and his toxic ex in the 3rd episode. Sky is the most interesting character…
I really hope he'll stay this way when he meets his love interest and won't turn into someone who needs to be "taken care of" or saved. Right now, Sky is my favourite, too.
I'm so glad this series hasn't disappointed so far, and as a big cat lover I just have to highlight Ayan's "Caturday" t-shirt. ;) He was my favourite anyway, but now even more so.
They cut parts of the bathroom scene and the third kiss from the YouTube version but not the spanking. :D I can't, this is just funny.
Rain is stupid and reckless, yes, but it doesn't mean he deserves no respect, and Payu doesn't seem to have any respect for him, which makes you wonder what kind of relationship they would have. It's not Payu's job to educate or discipline a grown man, even if he's not the brightest one. While he was right to yell at him, it went too far. I hope this is going to change in the next episodes, because otherwise I like the series. And Sky is precious and just like I predicted, he's my favourite character already. <3
If I've understood Peat's interview (the actor who plays Sky) correctly, yes. The first part of the series will…
Yes, IA, because I'm mostly here for the second couple. But I enjoy Rain and Pauy more than I thought I would, so it's ok. And Sky has quite a few scenes nonetheless, which is good.
I am confused. We’re two episodes in and still haven’t seen the second couple at all. Is their half the second…
If I've understood Peat's interview (the actor who plays Sky) correctly, yes. The first part of the series will be about Rain and Payu, the second about Sky and Prapai.
I want to see the second couple. Wonder how that one will develop.
I'm here mostly for the second couple as well, but if what Peat said in his interview is true, Sky and Prapai would meet in the middle of the series, so we'll have to wait a little.
So Talay and Puen have gone on several dates, held hands, stared sweetly at each other, walked hand in hand in the falling snow, shared a bath, declared in no uncertain terms they need each other, miss each other, are thankful for having each other, worked together, slept together in a bed cuddling all night, and kissed. OK, the kiss wasn't the best, but it happened.
They are boyfriends in all senses of the word, the only thing missing is sex. So how much longer it's going to take them to admit it? Are they really going to drag this until episode 10 like they did with FUTS, and if yes, why? In FUTS it was frustrating, but I could understand it to some point, because there were some obstacles, conflicts and misunderstandings between the main couple. Here we don't have anything - no conflict, no misunderstanding, no obstacle as I can see. The only obstacle, if you can name it that, is Talay's reluctance to admit the obvious, and I don't understand why. He seems to be enjoying his life as it is in the new universe, so why not just enjoy his boyfriend properly, too?
Bring them officially together in the next episode plz, because this is sort of ridiculous.
OMG Kan said Akk's a virgin in front of everyone. This is not an information about your friend you need to share with the entire class, seriously, wtf was that and why wasn't Akk mad.
I continue to enjoy this and like how fast-paced it is. Akk's warming up to Ayan already and hopefully he'll stop repeating the same things like a robot soon, too.
I'm very interested to find out what Namo's deal is.
I liked this. Rain is seriously dumb, but still adorable, and I already love Sky. I liked him the most in the trailer and I think he will be my favourite character in the series. It's still early, but... yes.
That being said, too many people were gushing too much about Phayu's good looks. We got it the first three times, Rain said it in his face, the guy is hot, OK. I hope they tone it down in the next episodes.
The opening scene was great, I loved Phayu's saying he's bi, and while Rain is being stupid, he's obviously still figuring his sexuality out and I'm willing to cut him a slack, at least for now.
And just like that, the best BL series I've watched this year is over. Thank you for these two amazing multifaceted characters with chemistry to die for (Mark and Vee), played by two talented actors who gave their best and it showed. All of this alone was able to compensate the cliched plot, together with the cinematography and the generally good production.
I want to rewatch ep. 10 in the next days and will write my very first review then. I don't want to part with them yet, so I've decided to watch the mini-series, too. I really, really hope there will be another BL series this year I'm going to like as much as I liked this one.

Wanna bet that not only Rain, but also Prapai is going to follow Sky's advice?
