This drama has never been slow-paced. I don't know how people measured its pace, but it was always at a good pace. You should just wait for the story to unfold, the characters to grow, and the drama to introduce their different aspects to you. What is exciting about an all-good and perfect ML or FL from the start of the drama? This drama makes you have a degree of sympathy for every character. ML, Mr. Kang, the doctor. You put yourself in their shoes and you slowly find out that they have their own mindset and reasons. No one is stupidly good or bad in this drama and that makes it very enjoyable to watch.

Actually I think romance is so dominant in this drama.

Being able to live in the time of your mother's youth is such a wonderful experience. You would have a pure feeling of love towards a girl at your age, but it's just so pure and deep. You can actually be big support for your mother who spent a lot of her youth for you.
When you are in the current time, no matter how old are you, you are still a child to her, whom she wants to protect and cares for. ‌But when you are back in her time, you can just do anything for her, without being worried that she gets worried about you and rejects your help.
If I was in ML's shoes, I would just forget about the FL and stick to my mother. You can find a girlfriend anytime, but you won't have the chance to be with the younger version of your mother.

It's a 10/10 for me so far. Considering the story and the character development that is supposed to happen, the story is going on flawlessly, at an appropriate pace. It's neither slow to bore you out, nor very fast that makes the changes and incidents meaningless and unimportant.
They are revealing the backstory of different characters slowly so that you can have feelings towards all of them. They try to give a color and feeling to each of the characters.

I don't think it is romance. Romance is already progressing so well. It's only 4 episodes and there are hints of them falling in love.

It is sad in a good way. Sad in a way that makes you warm. Sad in a way that gives you hope. Sad in a way that pushes you to find happiness in life. People in this drama are happy even when they are dying. While there are a lot of people that are sad, while they are healthy and alive.
It also has comedic moments. The interaction between leads in many cases is just like a regular rom/com, so far no sad moments between the leads.

I'm waiting for when they go deep into ML's past in the story. Then, it would be a hell of a roller-coaster of emotions. Expecting ML to fall down again, but this time Tae Shik can't help him because he actually is part of it. So it's when I want to see FL healing ML and put him back on his feet.

Yes. Exactly. That's what I meant. They should have shown us the attractions of WYW, that made JH fall for her. Physical attractions aren't required to show, because we already see how beautiful she is. So we can ignore them, but other aspects, nothing much was hinted through the drama.

Even for normal (neurotypical) people, we expect hints about why they love each other. It's not just because she is autistic. I know there are a lot of dramas that leads just love each other. But with a drama at this level, I really expected to see the charms of the FL that attracted the ML.
I think just finding somebody attractive, can't be enough motivation to strongly stay by her side despite all the social issues that you are going to encounter. Also he mentioned that he wants her for a long lasting relationship. How could he conclude this, just because she is attractive??
For example, if you've watched twenty-five twenty-one, you can see why the leads love each other so much and how they come to such a conclusion that what they feel about each other is love.

I really think the romance needs at least 4-5 more episodes. Not much happened until the last talk in episode 15. How can they manage to wrap up the romance despite all that is going to happen? WYW and her mother and her brother, the lawsuit, the romance, redemption for MW (really???), punishment for Attorney Jang, reunion with Attorney Jung, and the controversy about WYW and her mother.
If he decides that nah, he is not ready for such a relationship that would be realistic, but very sad and would ruin everything that the drama has built around their relationship, although that wasn't much of a screen time between them.
If he decides to get back with her, he really should convince her THAT SHE IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR HIM AND CAN MAKE HIM HAPPY. How can you do that in one single episode? At least they should have shown us some hints about why Jun Ho likes WYW. Does anyone here knows why Jun Ho loves WYW?? I mean, not based on WYW's character, but based on any hints in the behavior of Jun Ho. Unless a miracle happens, I think the romance is ruined.

Why did the romance ruin the drama for you? I think being able to have a proper romantic relationship is a sign of maturity, and that was what I've been anticipating about WYW's character: maturity, more social understanding and better adaptation to the world.
Friendship can happen between anybody, even small kids. Finding friends is not as impressive as handling a romantic relationship for an autistic person.

When he told her that "I'm not acting like grown ups, I'm a grown up." I wanted to punch his face. Why would a real grown up person brag about being grown up?

I've only finished 5 episodes so far. One thing that makes thing drama above many other ones is how people solve their problems through proper communication. They are just high schoolers but they know how to talk about things, do things to solve small misunderstandings, calm each other down, and stop fights.

This one feel more raw and real. And it is more emotional. IOTNBO had comedy-horror theme. This one, I don't think so.

Yes. The acting here is superb. I cried at the end of episode 2. This is the first drama in my life that I start crying within 2 episodes. This is the type of drama that shows what a good actor Ji Chang Wook is. He is the best!!

I've watched Vagabond. Ending felt like waiting for a next season? If they could just let the ending go in a more common way, I wouldn't have this kind of feeling of incompleteness in my heart after watching Vagabond.

Honestly, the last episodes just made the relationships less interesting.
For our main leads, it seems Jun Ho is trying and working much harder than WYW. Jun Ho not only should be determined and strong about his own feelings towards her, loving her and respecting her despite the social embarrassments that happen and we have already seen so many of them during the drama, but he also should convince his family that she actually can make him happy. Suppose somebody tells you to break up and then immediately talks about work like nothing happened! He was just broken down.
Also, throughout the whole drama, we see what FL expects from ML, and how he should treat her, how much careful he should be for FL not to feel bad. But we never see what ML expects from FL. He is also a human being. He definitely has some expectations from FL. But nothing is shown in the drama.

About Min Woo & Soo Yeon relationship. For god's sake, how can you change the character of somebody so quickly without anything happening?! And how can you justify that in only 2 remaining episodes?? I love character growth. But this one is literally character substitution. What I really loved to happen was Geurami changing Min Woo's character with her fresh and lively character. And then maybe him falling in love with her.
I guess they are going to put forward his family issues to justify his evil actions. It's okay, we can have some level of sympathy for him. But letting him end up with the most adorable character of the drama, please don't do that. Please!!!
