I feel like the conspiracy is that Xixi’s dad hired ML’s Dad to make a clone of Xixi (An Yue) since she has cancer and An Yue is meant to be an organ donar for Xixi. She might get forced onto the surgery table it appears. I feel like the mum is not actually the blood related mum, and just adopted An Yue and wants her to take the place of Xixi by her orchestrating the crash because she wants to protect An Yue from being used.

ngl there seems to be a pattern in the dramas Chao Yue acts in, like I watched Midsummer is Full of Love too. So disappointing, the acting was so flat by both leads and full of annoying characters in that one.

If you keep watching, at one point ML reveals to the FL that the situation was much more complicated than he thought and because of the crisis the company was currently in, it wouldn’t be suitable for a seemingly dead grandson for 17 years to appear. So he needed ZXY to stabilise the company first.
I think the day when ZXY died, ML had only just found ZXY recently. So for 17 years he never knew what she looked like anyway. So I guess it’s not that bad if he fell in love with a doppelgänger.
It’s is quite strange tho, in a world of c drama, two ppl who look exactly alike but are not twins who were separated at birth.
the ending was abit underwhelming tbh. I was hoping for some big criminal mastermind to be behind the clowns and like a plot twist. Tbh I actually quite like Cheung Sai Hei, he was smart and good looking LOL.
Does the ending imply Yu Sing Pak did fall for Thena’s trick? Cause the last scene seemed abit creepy, like he created his own version of an evil clown.

I’m pretty sure it’s just implying that Fu Ze Yi is back and he is pretending to be Li to earn the Second Uncle’s trust. But unfortunately the FL got dragged into the situation and because of the security camera, he couldn’t tell her that he was just acting.
I think it would be a rushed ending. Probs somth along the lines of ML exposing the uncle at the press conference and then explains what happened to the FL. And prehaps the FL will be annoyed that ML lied to her AGAIN but she forgives him cue a very rushed happily ever after.

The ML is so low for teaming up with that girl just to get a reaction out of the FL. Like he knows that she’s up to no good but he’s letting her walk all over him.

i feel like the FL is being selfish when she didn’t want ML to go thru with the treatment because she doesn’t want his alter ego to go away. She doesn’t realise that the person she has fallen in love now with is Fu Ze Yi. She’s completely blindsided by the memories from the past and the stuff Lin has done to help her hotel. She has every right to be mad at the ML for lying, buts it’s not fair at all that the only reason she still cares about the ML is because she wants to retain the alter ego that isn’t the real ML. She is neglecting what’s best for the ML and his mental health. Lin is just someone that the ML subconsciously created to cope with the trauma, he’s destined to go away eventually for the ML to fully heal.
