Sounds like this person is very unreliable. I won't take anything they said too seriously. Since they seemed bitter but the possibility still exists that it could be a subpar show. I just hope it won't be! I just read the comments and this person just seems like a homophobic person. So we should definitely ignore their bashing.

Last time I waited for a show with this much anticipation and collective despair, the show was an utter disappointment. Sometimes I worry that this will become the same.

It really does. I rarely see shows that lean into that instinct like this show did. It's one of the reasons I love it. Though painful to watch, it feel like the show is taking its natural course and it's not forced or for the sake of drama.
I think the show will be aired soon. Maybe not now but in the upcoming month.
I mean I am not telling , just guessing but since the actors keep bringing it up and there is a september slot Tencent has to fill then I think we can maybe hope. Though the wait has calmed down for me personally. I can wait a bit longer without being too jittery if I'm honest!
