In one scene, mom kneels down to help the dad. I was like why. But what she said afterwards made sense. It's her…
Yes it was painful that she knelt but at the same time it made total sense. Glad that Da Hae had some money to spare. But that was a sad sad moment nonetheless. At least she is not paying his debts.
On more thing I realized, is that even though the main couple has a boss/subordinate relationship for most of the drama, they very early on stood on equal ground. There is no power inbalance between them, and maybe that is partially a result of similar age, but I just think that works so well.
This plot is kinda weird. I wouldn't be against him trying to win her over, but so far she still seems kinda happy…
I finally watched ep 9, and to be honest I did not recognize the actor playing him under that glasses and teeth prosthetic 🤣 I was like what the hell, I recognize this actor now! But anyway, jow did you like how their plot was handled? I think she will fall for him anyway, but maybe not just yet haha
Also I know that they are pushy with the crypto plot, but to me the overarching message is clear after ep 8 - the crypto represents a chance for people who never had connections or inheritance, to get a better life. What would happen if people weren't afraid to stand for themselves at their work in case they could lose it? And if they had more than just to get by month to month?
It just keeps getting better with each episode! And each and every plot is tied up with a nice conclusion. Very hard to see nowadays when so many dramas start strong but fall short after the midway point. I love how Da Hae is getting more confident and is not acting like a pushover anymore. Especially when she talked to her manager. I'm not hating his little redemption arc. Tho I still hate her coworkers Also I just loved Eun Sang's team in ep 9. It's clear that the team leader is the wrong person on the wrong position, but as least he knows that.
This comment is soo promising omg I'm going to start this drama right away!
I hope you enjoy it! It is not a revolutionary drama, and usually it focuses more on sisterhood rather than the romance, but it's really comforting and fun 😄
Honestly what was this ending. Either have him dead or have them reunited. I would be okay with both.My perfect…
I see why some people say that they like the ending cause Sanho let Munju choose her career over their love. While her husband always put his own career over hers. HOWEVER. The true freedom is letting Munju choose herself! If she wants to choose her love and start a family, let her... in the end, a man made the choice for her again.
Honestly what was this ending. Either have him dead or have them reunited. I would be okay with both. My perfect ending is for her to remain an ambassador and him - change his identity and be by her side in whatever country she is sent to. There was no need for her to become president when she doesn't even want it. Now she is all alone, no family, no loved one, not even a kid. Not even a promise of the main leads reunited! Ehhh I'm so unsatisfied.
There's something I absolutely hate about this drama. Manager Oh (Ahn Dong Goo) is pining after Ji Song even after…
This plot is kinda weird. I wouldn't be against him trying to win her over, but so far she still seems kinda happy with Wei Lin, and in no way looking for another partner? I really don't know how it will be developed in the future. Will she break up with Wei Lin cause he's cheating (but then again, it would be the same thing that happened to first female lead) or cause she will have different financial goals from him? There's not a lot of eps left for that AND falling for the assistant manager
Honestly didn't expect this series to bring one of the most realistic (and hot) romances in kdramas. Like, when have I last seen flirting in a drama?? Instead of "no I don't really like you" bullshit? I'm living for the main couple!
I know that he plays the same mean-to-lovable character in every show, but I just can't look away from Kim Young Dae. Whether it's his charisma or looks, I don't care. He's so damn attractive.
Tbh, I wasn't the biggest fan of Reset - it got boring and repetetive to me in the final eps. Also I haate when a time-loop drama takes a whole episode, or even two, for a character to realize they are in a loop and they can't escape. So I wasn't coming into this one with huge expectations. But it turned out really great, fast-paced, no repetetiveness whatsoever, the plot (although sometimes questionable in how little time some actions took) was also pretty well put together.
Also as a sidenote, I try not to comment on actors' looks, but let me say, for a cdrama actor (with many of them starving to look good in a costume drama) BJT's physique looks very nice, especially in those action scenes.
