It will not until Kris Wu is replaced... The Chinese government said that until they replace him with someone…
the problem is..they already filming the drama..maybe have finished it. We have seen the trailer and sneak peek anyway. Replacing KW means they should retake everything from the scratch....what a mess
The rumour said Xu Kai had 108 ex gfs hahahaha...which one that had spread bad news? Dajin? Btw I don't see any problem with Xu Kai had many exes lol. Before an actor, he is a hot blooded young man. :D Now we never heard news about him having a gf anymore. The more popular actors could get, the more intervention he got from his agency.
this is a top notch drama I guess? it has well written script, logic, intelligent, great acting, detail setting. as expected from dorama. the romance is barely there because it is not romance drama, it is a business drama but not a flashy one. what I like about this drama is the knowledge and the people. life is not black and white but grey instead.
I didn't realize that time flies and I watched this nearly 4 years ago 😭I love the pairing..Osamu Mukai and Takumi Saito ❤️
I really feel bad for everyone who have worked hard for this drama. I have been waiting for this since last year…
I suspect they already finished the filming and in post production stage. In this case, it is hard to retake. Mostly after filming the talents will leave immediately and jump to filming another project.
It's too difficult to know as of now, but I think Deng Lun will not accept this as he's busy now filming Night…
Yeah, A lister actress like YZ must be fully booked for one or two years ahead. And preparing for a drama is not like preparing a food. It needs long process.
This will either get shelved altogether or reshoot everything all over again, which would cost a lot. It's a logistic…
If I were a producer...I will leave it as it is... won't released it forever. Unless the china govt. allow problematic talents appear in motion pictures. The main problem is the ML. and he was like in a whole scenes altogether. Changing the ML counted as a new brand project. Too costly.
Too bad it may never get out from the shelf. China showbiz in turbulence now. it affected the talents mostly with foreign citizenship. CL is a US citizen.
I think they can still sell it in streaming platform that non-china based. But...will they buy it though? China costume drama is far more expensive than Korean sageuk.
