Why havn't this aired earlier? I mean if its was in production 2016 what took so long? Now it will probably never…
Jade Lovers was filmed back in 2015. It wasn’t immediately aired after filming because all Chinese dramas must undergo screening (thus, finished with post-production) to be approved by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. This could take months or years, nobody really knows.
And then 2016 came. South Korea and China had a political feud - the THAAD issue - wherein all Korean content was banned in the media. The ban was indefinite so the drama have been pushed to the side, buried by new dramas. The ban is said to have been “lifted” in 2017 but honestly, I still cannot name a drama or movie post-2017 with big Korean names. The only exception I can think of is Lookism, a 2019 Chinese drama starring Park Solomon — he is Korean but he apparently holds an Uzbekistan citizenship so this might be the reason why his drama was allowed to air.
also idk who will still believe her when the president of her OFFICIAL fanclub already left lmao
I think the Weibo account of the fanclub is still there but yeah, her fanbase is taking a nosedive. It may close down soon seeing how her advertisements and other works are being removed now.
Fansites and fanclubs usually know what’s up in advance (ex. Luhan fansites closed down a few days before he announced to terminate his contract with SM and leave EXO) so when the official fanclub administrator gives up, you know you’re in some deep shit.
I am so disgusted with her actions. Putting her ex on a bad light is one thing but the real issue is how she abandoned her two kids. Worse part is how she was so annoyed when she found out that the surrogate children couldn’t be aborted anymore (~6-7 months into pregnancy) when their relationship went south.
Surrogacy is illegal in China as well so everything was done in the US. If she doesn’t sign the damn papers, her children will go to foster care once her ex’s US visa expires since they don’t have Chinese citizenship. She’s too messed up and she’s bringing the innocent children into that mess.
i’m fine with GMMTV partnering Phuwin with other guys but omfg i was so surprised to see Neo in the trailer?? the two were so cute in My Tee and now i’m kinda salty they were put in the same project but not as partners lmao

If you want to see more of him, I highly recommend Tori Girl!

the drama: we are the brave, we are the bold
han seojun was the star of this episode + his interactions with joogyung were so cute.
