Idol Producer is definitely a hundred times better than Produce 101: there is no evil editing and unnecessary drama, the mentors and staff are caring and concerned over the boys, and most importantly, the trainees are enjoying themselves, etc.

Maybe it's because China values brotherhood, but the trainees and their relationship is so genuine and pure. The higher ranking trainees are always helping those who are struggling and are even willing to give up their song for others. Moreover, the eliminated ones are even spotted at the live performances to show their support. Trainees are also usually losing weight in survival shows due to stress; however, they are even gaining weight here which just shows how good the environment of Idol Producer is. Everyone is also well-rounded and talented, & the performances are not restricting them to a particular concept, allowing them to show their full potential.

Each episode is doing nothing but deepen my love for the boys, so no matter what the result would be, I'll be genuinely happy for them and I'll be rooting for the success of everyone. ♡

This is so me.

I actually tend to give a higher score on a drama that I saw as average because I still consider other factors (such as acting, directing, etc) and not just the story. I guess another reason why I also rate something higher is because based from my Dropped and On-hold list..... it's a feat that I even finished it....... So yeah, I don't publish my rating sometimes because I don't want to be judged xD

I just watched Pride randomly last month and I loved it so much, flaws and all.

Aki and Halu's conversations (I found them intimate) and the drama's slow burn romance hit all the right spots for me. It was contract dating, but their relationship was also built with respect and support. And Halu! He was kind and charming, yet so fragile ;;

Person Jeon Tae Soo
He's so talented and so overlooked. Sad.
it breaks my heart to know that he succumbed to his battle with depression :(
On We Got Married Season 2 Jan 15, 2018
Adam couple, YongSeo, and Khuntoria. This season is definitely when the show was at its peak. The couples looked like they were having fun, they had actual chemistry and they lasted for a long time.

wew, i thought i was the only one who hasn't finished Chicago Typewriter. every one of my mdl friends are raving about it so i was disappointed when the drama didn't hook me. i got to admit though that the later episodes got better (i'm stuck at episode 10) compare to the first few ones. i also dropped Suspicious Partner at episode 14; it had too little plot for a whooping 40-episode (or 20, whatever floats your boat) drama. i also tried Pretty Li Hui Zhen but i couldn't even finish the first episode because the progress was really slow. romcoms should never have a 40 episode count.

on the other hand, i really enjoyed reading your article (every article of yours actually) ♡

Lol my favorite gangster would have to be Safari from Cruel City. That drama had black suits (Doctor's Son) and flashy prints (Scale, Meth Kim) everywhere!

Really enjoyed reading your article :)

Thank you for the article! I loved it so much~ I just lost it when I saw the graph for Love O2O, lol. I've also been skeptical with My Sunshine but your list of good points totally won me over.

My Amazing Boyfriend was the first Chinese drama I completed. It had a lot of fillers but the drama was such a cotton candy fluff. It made me realize that Chinese dramas are completely different to Taiwanese dramas (which I'm not a fan of) because I found them easier and lighter to watch. Love O2O, Boss & Me, When a Snail Falls in Love are some examples.

His role in Signal is absolutely one of my favorite guest appearances of all time, and I still get goosebumps whenever I rewatch that case!

Two episodes were enough to show how great of an actor he is ;;
