nah, replacing him was a smart move. SARFT is very strict when approving of shows and films. even the actors themselves need to be scandal free for them to be allowed to broadcast.

i've read somewhere that it was his friend who did the sexual assault but news articles (at least in english) aren't sufficient. his wife believes in him though so really.... only he, his friend and the woman know the whole truth
I've only watched him in cameos and guest roles in Museum and BG, but I like him! I first saw him in Cold Case; it was only one episode, but he (along with Murakami Nijiro and Imai Yuki) totally blew me away from their heartbreaking performance.
I'm still waiting for a meaty drama role from him (based from Museum, Cold Case and BG, you could conclude that crime thrillers are my thing lol) but I already have my eyes on him^^
Looks like this drama may be on hold indefinitely.Gavin Gao Arrested for Sex Attack in Australiahttps://www.jaynestars.com/news/gavin-gao-arrested-for-sex-attack-in-australia/

The movie was just released last month and the dvd will be released after 6 months, so the raw will probably be available (online) around September/October. The subs will depend on who'll pick it out.
I know! I like the Top 9 but I would have loved it if Bu Fan was there! He would be a great asset to the team!…
Oh yes, even Bu Fan's 12th place surprised me!
On the bright side: I love all four Qin's boys, so I wouldn't mind if the company would debut them soon. If Bu Fan were to debut in Nine Percent, Ling Chao, Yue Yue and Mu Ziyang will have to wait for another 1~2 years.
Ahhhh I've been waiting for this since forever! Hana Yori Dango remains to be my favorite drama after all these years, so anything related to it is very much welcome~
Hirano Sho is also from Johnny's so I'm lowkey still hoping (tho unlikely) that Matsujun will make a cameo as Domyouji.
Villains are pivotal to any drama, especially to revenge or crime thrillers. Well-developed ones are usually my favorite because I get to see both side of the coin.
Memorable villains for me are: 1. Min Joon Gook (I Hear Your Voice) - He was crazy and desperate, but he had all reasons to feel wronged. He was also motivated until the end, willing to do anything to get his revenge. 2. Lee Jin Pyo (City Hunter) - He was betrayed by his own country and lost his brothers to it. I couldn’t help but root for the success of his revenge. 3. Lee Joon Young (Hello Monster) - His backstory was heartbreaking. It definitely posed the question, “Are monsters born or made?”
In love with the show, in my opinion it is better organized and produced than Pd101, however it is much more predictable…
I agree that Idol Producer is much more predictable than Produce 101, the first six places are almost fixed, unless they pull a Kim Jonghyun and Kim Samuel move in this one. Based from the previous episodes, it seems that whoever did something new or got the most screen time before the elimination episode would have a higher ranking on the elimination (Ling Chao, Wang Ziyi, Qian Zhenghao, etc).
The Top 20 elimination is by far the hardest one for me. Zhou Yanchen, Ding Zeren and Zheng Ruibin are my top three picks, and two of them are already eliminated while the other one barely made it. As much as I love everyone from the current Top 9, I want more vocalists since majority of them are rappers—and the group needs to have balance.
I definitely enjoyed Season 2 much more than Season 1. I find Season 1 pretty mediocre, was surprised at the high…
Same with you, I'm loving this season much more than the previous one. While I missed Tachibana, Kimura Fumino's Ozaki was such a great addition to the cast, mainly because the former wasn’t given any back story while the latter had her own story to tell. Showing us the perspective of the judicial branch was definitely a level up.

The drama has been rumoured to reshoot scenes with Li Chen (Fan Bing Bing's fiance) stepping in as the new male lead. Scenes with Gao Yunxiang are said to be deleted.
