So LLH just changed the name of Yangzhouman to a different city's name and opposite of fast. LLH could have told FDB anything else but just named it something silly and similar to Yangzhouman.

Yeah that’s definitely true. The director and writer wanted to please everyone with that ending which doesn’t translate well. They should own the story by portraying the ending however they envisioned it truly.
lowkey hoping there are actually two different JXYs and the ML falls for our JXY while the one he knows is actually gonna be the evil second FL that he ends up realizing he only feels guilt towards. and then ML grovels and apologizes and goes through hell to win FL after abusing her. that would be satisfying to watch.

The whole idea of LLH even living for 10 years after the fight with DFS is that he needed to find Shan Gudao's body to bury next to his master. He couldn't face his fallen sect members and master if he didn't find Shan Gudao's body. LLH was a person who felt so much guilt for LXY days, if his master's wife saved him (even if it was forcefully), I don't think LLH would've been able to live happily.
MLC is nowhere near a completely satisfying ending... But still better than this I guess
I'm satisfied with the ending, ML did what he wanted and was able to die peacefully at his own will and will be able to face fallen Sigu Sect members and his master.
It really made me think about the whole idea of assisted suicide (like what Canada has) for people with end-stage terminal illness. The whole idea of how it impacts your loved ones, everyone wants you to live (viewers included) while you are okay and can accept death.
