what a cheesy ridiculous terribly written predictable drama. guess who's watched all available eps though? 😊 me! Han dong Lin is such a likable actor, I really wanna see him climb to the top of the mini drama pile. i'm not familiar with the lead actress but she has pizazzz. they make a sexy cp

I just finished ep 1 and 😲🤯 so unexpected lol. i can't wait to see what happens next!
she should have made the stone into pieces of jewelry though, instead of just carrying it around

admittedly the drama does go awry in the last six ish eps, but like the rise of phoenixes and its unfortunate last dozen or so eps, it does not take away from the perfection that came before.
I especially rate this drama really highly bc both men and women were given an equal platform to aim for power, like there was a really balanced quality to the writing and that is RARE in dramas like these, rare! also for once we got a truly complicated FL with heavy considerations that lay beyond the ml so yea bravo!

i'm not a fan of this cp, they're both not very strong actors and she's particularly insanely typecasted (but like get it girl.) and the first ep wasn't convincing. maybe i'll circle back

i'm not really a huge fan of long investigative story arcs in dramas though, I remember it was why I couldn't get into the lotus casebook drama as well
