the lead's outfits?🔥🔥🔥🔥 also they had a really really cute and fun dynamic. I loved the location as well, the cute houses, the beach, etc. I watched from ep 1-28 and I was never bored. I only stopped watching bc its too long lmao and i'm generally not into modern dramas but yea I totally recommend the 1st half. I liked how loud mouthed and bratty the FL was and I liked that the ml wasn't your typical cold ml and they were both smart. the FL did have on too much makeup though in every single scene, she looked ultra picture perfect just like she did in skip a beat. her muas must be working double time lol. oh also I thought she couldn't act when I watched skip a beat but this drama convinced me otherwise. fzx was on fire as usual, what an underrated young actor!

i get hanyu's motives, although i don't understand how she became and remained a god with all that deep rooted hatred. the god making system in this story is very ineffective. like the moment she descended to do evil thunder should have automatically struck her dead, regardless whether the other gods were aware or alive or not

I dropped his last three dramas as well and i'm just kinda coasting along on this one. he's a very serviceable actor but he doesn't get very good scripts, and looking at his past dramas, I don't really think he gets to pick and choose.

yea those things (confession, consequences,etc) are very valid. but ig i was more fascinated by the repentance aspect and how sometimes it really is that simple to just stop, acknowledge the error and get back on the right track. and to me he wasn't really that bad to start with, just greedy
