spot on. the worst offender i’ve seen is "Go Go Squid." the fl character was an online celebrity, singer, computer science student, a genius, and all of that at the ripe age of 19. It's ridiculous. love O2O was insane as well

I love that the leads have so much dimension that we can do a whole psychoanalysis on their relationship and personalities. lately so few dramas let us do this; either the leads are too perfect or too bland to even attempt to reflect on their personality. on the other hand, xu qin and song yan feel so realistic to me, I love yelling at my screen when they act stupid.

yeah I have a feeling that this drama is more popular among the 25+ year olds. I would've dropped it if I was a teen. and yesss, amazing acting, and I also heard that the characters are all very well written in the book.

I gotta give it to the author, that miserable old hag is so well written. her narcissism and manipulative schemes are so realistic. then there's the fl; she has a lot of issues, but that's what makes it realistic and gives her depth and dimension. unfortunately, on mdl a lot of watchers are surface level viewers, so what is a complex frustrating well written character to us, is an "annoying stalker fl" to them, so they'll rate the drama badly and drop it. hope the rating goes up, more people need to watch this

this is really a torturous drama, everyone is just talking turns walking over the most hardworking generous family. over and over again.

It really depends on your personal taste. I like romance (especially when the male lead is devoted to the fl),nicely written characters and slightly deeper themes without being depressing. My rule with cdramas is “watch at least 3 episodes, if I dont like it after that, I’m free to drop it”

reset was good but it’s definitely not the only one. I’ve watched my share of cdramas don’t give up on them there’s a lot of lesser know ones that are very good. check out my “ Addictive Watch” list, those drama have the same addictive factor as Reset
