its really good so far but I hate that i'm 2 episodes in and I'm 99% sure that I already know who the killer is. isn't it too obvious?? I really hope I'm wrong
Although some parts are choppy and there's alot of things to criticize, this was a hit for me. I loved how slow paced it was and I was truly immersed in their little world, it was really healing.
I'll be the first to say it but Meiren was not annoying at all imo, she’s a material gurl and funny as hell, some of y’all just hate to see it. I feel like she embodied alot of interesting nuanced themes as a character. I also did not expect the ML to be this good looking, his picture on mdl does not do him justice at ALL.
Side note, why tf is she broke if she started the agency with jinxi in university, shouldn’t she have shares in the company? why is he the only loaded one?
this drama is getting interesting, but the FL really need to work on her acting. I'm not trying to be hateful and I get that her character is supposed to be shy and awkward but she's so stiff and and lacks microexpressions.
I don't know how I feel about the love triangle that is happening,..it seems just so yuck. They have a really strong genuine 10 year long friendship going on in the first timeline. Now that potential friendship might disappear because of some random boy. Dont like when writers break off the bonds of female characters because of a situation involving men. I really hope mitsuki won't turn into a villain.
Side note, I just noticed that almost every single dialogue in this drama fails the Bechdel Test. I don't think there was a single interaction between two female characters that wasn't about a man lmao
don't know much yet about the plot since i'm only episode 1 but one thing I can attest to is that this drama is shot very beautifully, the soundtrack is tasteful, and the set design and costumes are gorgeous. Can't believe someone would ever think this is production is cheap and dull, everything is directed and designed with intention and taste. if you want bright flashy colors and cgi go watch a wuxia.
I wonder how old you guys are. This drama kept making me cringe and kept me thinking if it's because I'm 27 already.…
I don't think its because we're too old for this, but maybe because we're viewing their interactions from a western pov. I have to admit that a lot of the dialogues and reactions are very odd/ borderline insane to me but nonetheless it's entertaining lol
