caught up and is this what the americans meant with the rapture? pretty sure i'm in heaven right now
literally lost my mind all throughout ep 6 and 7 i just cant believe im allowed to watch such a masterpiece... also can we stop acting surprised the romance is so prevalent in this? its never been /just/ a political thriller the romance was a main genre from the start, so the lead's relationship was always going to be of central focus
ji chang wook when its time to star in a crime thriller drama by disney plus: đââī¸đââī¸đââī¸đââī¸đââī¸đââī¸
this was SO cool!!! watched it at my local film festival and they gave us these paper masks of the walking man so i got to carry a giant face of a japanese man around the city. gonna watch letsplays of the game now to see how it differs. wish i could run it but i have a potato for a pc lol. i thought they adapted the concept so well, and the main character's storyline was so much better than i expected! will absolutely rewatch it when i can
i love how both kang hanna and lee chaemin are playing villain characters in this, and then got cast for bon appetit…
they mention him playing a villain here: https://v.daum.net/v/20250910180713990?f=p cashero was filmed a long while ago, so i wonder if his performance here was so good they recommended him for the king role in BAYM!
i cant believe its already been a year since it first aired??? my favorite show last year and i miss bitna and daon so dearly... đđ hoping for s2 news soon
and youre free to grill me for this bc i know many people dont like that drama, but even yoonas last romcom king…
absolutely! but it's been highly divisive among drama fans. i have history in the hotel industry so i took away much more from the show than most people
man this drama is SO fun to watch but i hate to say (i really do bc i have otherwise nothing to complain about…
and youre free to grill me for this bc i know many people dont like that drama, but even yoonas last romcom king the land had a much more well balanced/developed romance mainly because they had so much time for it
man this drama is SO fun to watch but i hate to say (i really do bc i have otherwise nothing to complain about with this show) that were already at ep 10 tomorrow but there has been so little romantic development between the leads, especially growing affection from FL's side. we know lee heon is basically head over heels for jiyeong, but is it the same case for her? we mostly see her get flustered, but there hasn't been as much clear indication she likes him back the same way he does. and even if there has, they should be focusing on it a lot more if they want me to buy into their grand, sweeping romance. i loved the romantic scenes we've gotten so far but i need more!!! and we're so close to the end. the cooking competition with the ming was great but it sadly did take so long and so much time and in the 12ep format that we're in, a subplot lasting this long cant be good for the pacing.. but thats just how i see it. the preview for tomorrow does look like we're full on bulldozing the romance plot now with how things are going so i still have faith they'll stick the landing. but the drama until now did kind of feel more like a cooking drama with romcom side plot lol
Make đđģ it đđģ to đđģ episode đđģ 4 đđģI know the struggle, but this is a 100/10 after…
honestly, reading about people dropping the drama before ep 4 always reminds me of the mining meme where the guy turns around right before he finds diamonds lol.
from the posters: "we stand in the heart of the storm" / "may this storm pass like a summer shower" sanho's narration: "i had a dream, in the dream i was a woman. even in a storm i wanted to run." obsessed with all the storm analogies. when they changed the english title from polaris to tempest, i didn't understand why, but now it's so clear.
