So I have watched the first 9 episode and altough the drama is great and all that, tbh I don't know what's the point în finish this, knowing that her love interest is not going to be the guy who she clearly has the strongest bond with. In a way I feel cheated, like don't get me wrong, I don't mind tragic endings as long as they are done right, but I do expect to have some closure as a viewer as well. If he is going to die and she will end up with the other guy because he is more suitable for her than that's fine, I don't have a problem with that, but tell us that! Tell him that! Admit it and don't turn this into one-sided love because if that is the case, than it's just not worth it. Anyway, I am going to keep watching to see if anything change, but based on the first 9 episodes alone, it is hard for me to see anyone else but the white haired guy as the main lead.

Oh so there is no closure until part 2 airs? I have seen the first episode în the meantime and I am already hooked, so it's too late now to wait for the whole drama to drop, but at least I now know what to expect. Very intriguing drama, that îs for sure :)

I have just finished tteotm and now I want to try out this drama. One question though, I understand this is the first part out of 2, but anyone knows if the white haired guy will also appear în the second part? I did read some spoilers regarding part 1, so I know who's the end game for this part, but is there any chances that part 2 will end up differenly? Could anyone who had read the novels give me an insight? I don't know much about any of the MLs but I have seen some MV's on youtube and to be honest only this couple raised my interest.

I don't know why I had the impression that it has a happy ending or at least a hopeful one, for me it's still a sad ending, doesn't really matter that he smiled peacefully în the last scene, he stil died. At peace, but he did die. Luckily I don't really have a problem with sad endings as long as they are done right :)

Excellent review, the way you explained the ending is top notch. I don't know why I had the impression that most of the people belived the ending to be a happy one, for me personally was bitersweet at most, but mostly it left me a kinda sad impression. Yes, he did save the world, but the drama was mostly about TTJ and I was invested in his story, not in the world's story, but yes, in a way he did have it his way.

I haven't seen part 1 yet, but I did watch some MV's on YouTube and one thing that stood out to me is the chemistry between the FL and Do Young. I know this is a revenge drama, but wow, that chemistry...

I loved Ma tian Yu în Ice fantasy and xuan lu and wang zhui in The untamed, but I am not sure about the lead actress, hm.

I haven't seen Mars, but I know it was quite a big drama back in the day. It was a time when I was quite into melodramas and stuff but to watch it now I am not sure... It seems too old school, I guess. You can try out I'm sorry, I love you though (the korean version) , I think you might like it.
