WTH? Okay so in true soap opera style I predict that Yang makes a full recovery and if Chan gets killed, I'm okay with that. I actually predict a happily ever after for Tian and Jiu in the countryside. And I'm hoping Pin and Yang get a happily ever after too.

Having sex when drunk and non con is a grey area (I personally think it's not a good idea especially the first time in the real world). One factor for me to determine consent is how drunk are the people involved, because a little tipsy and I think you still have the ability to consent or not, but if you're calling someone by the wrong name/don't know who the other person is (side eye to some other series) then I think you are mentally incapacitated and unable to consent. Another factor is the reaction of the people involved afterwards. I was going to label it as non con based on Nhai crying but if you see my review, it's later explained that he wasn't crying because he felt taken advantage of/didn't want to at the time - he had other reasons for crying. I did appreciate Ai doing a check in and saying that if Nhai wasn't okay that he could stop which is a welcome departure from the "once I start I won't be able to stop myself" bs. As mentioned in my review, I don't enjoy the 'drunk and having sex for the first time' scenario but I think this was probably the best I've seen in BL. Stay safe everyone :)

It really did, I was happy at least they got rid of the fake eyebrows later. It would have made more sense if during that serious scene or at home, he didn't have the fake hair but then when scamming people he had the fake hair.

I re-watched the scene around 23 minutes and then at the end out behind the bar and I think he cried for 3 reasons 1. Nhai thought he forced Ai into it 2. Nhai thought he ruined their friendship and 3. he thought he got in between Ai and Ai's crush (who is actually Nhai but Nhai hadn't figured that out yet).

I think the writers/production could have made this a bit more clear because having Nhai cry right afterwards makes people (at least it did with me) think Nhai felt taken advantage of and I don't think that's why he was crying.

I 100% agree with you. Yes, drunk sex happens but in my opinion it's really not a great idea especially for the first time. I agree with you that in the real world it's a good idea not to have a first sexual encounter with someone who is drunk. I was trying to decide if this was non con or consensual (I landed on consensual) and one way I figure it out is the reaction afterwards. The crying made me think it was non con but then around 23 minutes Nhai says "what have I done? I'm sorry Ai. It's my fault. Will I get into the face of the person you like?" (I think correctly translated to: Will I come between you and the person you like? or Will I get in the way of the person you like?) So Nhai wasn't crying because he didn't want to have sex, he's crying because he thinks that he got in the way of Ai and who Ai likes (and that person is Nhai, but Nhai is a himbo and doesn't realize it yet).

So dumb, he said he was going to get lost leaving Ai's condo building (which he has already left once), him thinking he might be trans because he slept with a guy, him constantly dropping that duck, him asking Siri/his phone ai about him sleeping with Ai, the list goes on. But he did have the idea of a one month trial to sort out his feelings so I guess that's something...

I (later) understood it as Nhai was sad that he got in between Ai and Ai's love interest (Nhai not realizing the love interest is actually him lol), not so much that Nhai was crying due to a sexual orientation identity crisis (but he did have one, I just don't think that was what made him cry post sex). Nhai is such a himbo, but I like him.
