I honestly don't understand some of the comments here. These are real people we are talking about, not characters…
Changmin seems super busy as a restaurant owner/chef - he said he didn't have a day off in a year! Didn't Chankyu say he wants someone to spend time with? So, I don't think their relationship would work out. Changmin needs someone who is also really busy with a similar schedule so the person doesn't feel neglected and resentful.
As I mentioned in my review, I'm just hoping they get to try some new things/have some fun, and don't suffer professionally/personally from appearing on the show.
Yes, in episode 14 Yu and Plueng become a couple. Plueng declares that he will love and take care of Yu. There are still 2 episodes left but my guess is that they will stay a couple.
What was Sun's dad's plan??? Sun's going to figure out that his family is the one in debt, the other person isn't…
That makes sense but we haven't had any lines from Sun's dad that that was his plan, have we? The audience shouldn't have to guess a plot... all the writers had to do was add 1 line earlier on and it would have made more sense.
Episode 4: The first 10 minutes is recap and a rerun of the last scene of ep 3. The last nine minutes are behind…
What was Sun's dad's plan??? Sun's going to figure out that his family is the one in debt, the other person isn't just going to give him money. It would have made more sense if the dad asked Sun to get Arthid to fall in love with him so that Arthid would forgive the debt....
Hi, don't want to seem rude, mine is just a curiosity :) I've seen a lot of your reviews in different shows...…
I do a "first impression" review as sometimes not many people review right away and to help others decide if they'd like to start a series. Then I update it to a final review after I watch the last episode. Occasionally I'll update my review midway especially if my opinion has changed a lot from the "first impression" review.
Hi, how far did you read in the novel? I’m so glad that they took out the shockingly graphic scenes because…
I can't really remember how far I was in the novel for Semantic Error except for there was a car scene. I also read part of KinnPorsche but don't really remember where I left off either.
It was all his dream so it wouldn't have affected the future
At 22m53s the phone (in the present) shows the original picture of the two of them and then that photo changes based on the time jump back so they seem to suggest that Ze Shou did in fact change the past slightly for the 1st jump. For the 2nd jump/scene with the key chain, the viewer isn't sure if that was a dream or not. It doesn't bother me that much because it has a fictional time jump aspect to it, but I did include it in the 'room for improvement' section of my review.
Haha., kind of. For people unfamiliar with season 1, I wanted just a short actual recap to explain what happened…
Season 2 appears to be beloved by others but I'm very puzzled when people keep citing how realistic it is. How realistic is it that after a year of dating, person A breaks up with person B via a sticky note on his birthday and then ghosts him (refuses to communicate/disappears). One year later, person B tracks person A down (in the most obvious place person A would be), person A lies/gaslights, flip flops then 1 apology and they live happily ever after??? And those last 2 lines about can't remembering why they even broke up??? None of this is at all realistic to me. I'm thankful that there's so much new BL to watch and my old favs to rewatch.
Thanks for your comment. You and I are in the vast minority but it feels good not to be alone.Sadly, this train…
I'm sorry season 2 has ruined season 1 for you, but happy writing the review was cathartic. I've been disappointed with many BL sequels but I'm still going to hope for a Trapped 2 lol.
For anyone praising the realism of the story line - who here knows two people who dated for a year, then person A broke up with person B via a sticky note on their birthday, then ghosted person B for a year. Then more drama/jerk behavior ensues, 1 apology and they are happily ever after - and joke at the end they can't even remember what the problem was/the reason they broke up "Well boy, I suddenly remember why we broke up." "Who cares, I don't even remember." Like, wth???
I was looking for reviews with spoilers ha ha so now I can watch without fear but honestly I’m not sure that…
You might want to just watch episode 10 - it's basically more what I was hoping the whole season would be. I know others really loved this season, but it missed the mark for me.
is there a side bl couple? how's their story? should i just go for it because of Petch? kkk
Yu is definitely attracted to Ploeng, but Ploeng now has a girlfriend. It looks like in the next episode, Yu is trying to move on with someone new and Ploeng gets jealous. I think Ploeng and Yu will get together close to or right at the end of the series. I like their characters so hopefully that happens. Also, they met I think in the 2nd episode and don't have a ton of screentime but I think they have had screentime every episode and some cute moments.
Hi, I also subscribe to your channel on YouTube. It’s FAB. It looks like you wrote this about 2 episodes in?…
Thanks for subscribing, glad you enjoy my videos :) Yeah, this one is difficult for me to watch because I really dislike the plot and characters specifically Ji Woo, but Seo Joon just ignores boundaries... I almost always write a first impression and then after the final episode so I'll probably wait until the end to update this review. It's difficult to say what percentage are enjoying the plot vs. wish they had gone in a different direction for season 2 but we definitely aren't the only people who are struggling with this sequel.
As I mentioned in my review, I'm just hoping they get to try some new things/have some fun, and don't suffer professionally/personally from appearing on the show.
