Hell yeahh..pls i m so in need for SHS drama.give me anything that has SHS IN ITπ€§π₯Ίπ
She is booked and busy, actually. If she takes up this role she has three upcoming dramas and three movies, the only question is... when we are going to see it all tho. (I also miss her. She is my absolute fave)
Oh, hard same. If this two actually are end up as leads together, they could sit down and read out of the korean dictionary for 12 or 16 hours and i would WATCH it π
Kkokdu is a riot. I love that he is not your typical broody/tortured, stoic grim reaper/god of death, but more…
Yes, Mr. Queen was one of my very first kdrama watched and i was floored with both leads' performances and abilities as actors. Became an insta-fan of KJH and SHS and have long since caught up with most of their works. Each of them were quality with versatility, range and depth added to their respective characters. They are two of the best actors the k-industry has to offer. KJH is also so very expressive i so enjoy the duality of emotions he is able to display so effortlessly. And his aptitude for comedy and its timing is unmatched. Needless to say if this drama was about KJH playing charade for 16 hours i would still watch and stick to it. Let's see what the upcoming episodes will deliver tho hehe
there is a part of the main trailer of this drama, where it seems that the leads end up together in bed and i have the inkling Ha Ra's family crisis could be the catalyst for that. Especially given the preview where she turns to him during her desperation. But we will see if this is just editing trickery or fr :D
Eun Beom: It is your family matter, (former) mother (in law)i don't want to get involved Also Eun Beom: *Involvement/concern lvl is 9000*
π π π (The way he is singing "doooon't be suspicious, dooon't be suspicious, dooooon't be suspicious in his head whenever he talks to Ha Ra, and fails epically. I love him)
I wonder what happen to ML and his mom relationship?
Seeing how keen she is about him being/getting (re)married i suspect they had a fallout after his divorce and "being a cheater" aka "responsible for its failing" in her eyes. Ha Ra mentioned that his mom cut him off afterwards and threw him out of the studio apartment he had.
Since i have contributed to a lot of tags by now, you should know that they only reject the tag request when you send it in without giving a reason. So if you want to add a tag, do it from the primary details menu at the top of each show page, then go to tags/genres, add the tags there and in the additional infos box leave the tag you added and a reason why it applies to the particular drama. Like for example "Slow burn romance" i would write "the leads romance develops slowly and they do not confess to each other before episode 11/12" or something.similar.
So far this approach has always worked for me. Just be patient tho as the mods reviewing it can take up several days sometimes, so don't send it in several times, just once and then wait.
It is, but don't expect going into it to see a funny romcom. The first 3 episodes are bickering love/hate and more humorous, but after that the tone fully shifts to more serious topics. It depicts flawed people, marriage and their failings and where to go from there quite realistically. I like it for this and the quiet tones about love and life in between. Definitely has less rom and com than the teasers promise tho.
i don't like how the SML looks like the perfect person which in my opinion there is no such thing as a perfect…
yeah he is too much of a blank state still, no depth here. I don't think he is a bad guy but either will have flaws that will become a dealbreaker or she will break it off due to EB in the end. He'd already moved too fast tangling her up with his mother right from the get go. A bit yikes, that. Especially since they only started dating. Idk, it is more of a vibe that i have atm that they are actually unsuitable for each other, but we will see what happens and if he also has skeletons in the closet like ML hahaha
Maybe because he's too nice, therefore must be suspicious right? Hah, I think he seems pretty decent, though flawed…
I don't think they will, but he is too pushy which is obviously a turn off for FL, so i see it failing more in terms of them being not compatible and going at different speeds etc He also has probably some flaws we have not seen yet that could become a dealbreaker, since he is still too much of a blank state rn.
Either way things are gonna be awkward between Eun Beom and his friend, especially when he gets back together with her in the end. Whoops xD
They leaned HEAVILY into the family aspect of marriage in the case and a lot was also about the character's parents in this episode. So using this as an interlude to introduce the next skeleton in the leads' closet was no surprise, and rather aptly done. I wonder what is going on her with Ha Ra's father and Eun Beom. I loved how he handled the situation with SFL, drawn clear boundaries, leaving no room for misunderstandings and a SFL who is taking the rejection like a champ for once. This is how you communicate, my man. Well done. Do continue like this haha
Also EB's younger sister most likely died in a tragic way. If it was in a car accident, it explains why he blew up like that at Ha Ra last week when his friend's kid got hurt.
I really like how it is all unfolding with more and more details dragged to light.. It just lost all comedy along the way, which is fine for me, but it feels wrongly marketed with all the funny bickering trailers and teasers tbh. I wished they'd focused more on these elements depicting married life and all its failings in the promo to get a more full picture of what this drama is about. Speaking of failing, SML/FL are definitely written to NOT last, but again, totally fine by me. Since i am rooting for the leads to come out on the other side together and (a little) wiser in the end, heh.
