Oh ffs, he is not chubby, he is buff/muscular and at a very healthy weight/body composition for a man his age and height. (low bodyfat % and good amount of muscle mass)

In this drama he is actually in peak condition, which should not surprise as this was PHS's first work after returning from his military service. The guy used his time there in between drills wisely with lifting weights (which i can only recommend everyone to do tbh, so many health benefits and you are getting stronk)

doesn't happen here and FL is very perceptive. Even as he tried to get closer to her she saw that it was out of personal vendetta toward ML instead of genuine friendliness. She even called him out on that.

While watching, sometimes i thought... oh did she learn something? Like there are these milliseconds where the brat is receptive/listening and friendly, but then she went and started another villain arc at the end of the episode 4 and i am back to rolling my eyes and sighing as deeply as my lungs allow it hahaha

So far there has been two cases in four episodes, so they are started in one episode and continued/concluded in the second. First one takes place in the palace but with episode 3 we are finally back to the countryside setting and everyday people, where Part 1 has its strength. Very touching case in these episodes and i love how it is solved. A true doctor of the heart indeed <3

Imo it reeeeally picks up in episode 4 tho, with the case of the girl and what she has been through Ivague bc spoilers) The brat and frog are still annoying sure, but in that episode it has everything which made Part 1 so enjoyable as a drama.

When you read the comments here you could think it is 60 minutes about bratty princess and jealous froggy (SML) only, which could not be further from the truth. Are they annoying? Yes for sure, but they are annoyances built into the story. I could do without them, but they are there as opponents and obstacles to the characters' eventual happiness.

However, they are also just a small part of the overall story that still focuses on helping everyday people (glad to be out of this damn palace, this king was also obnoxious af) with illness of body AND mind, the found family dynamic and shenanigans, adorable, if slow romance (EunPoong are rock solid.... i loved the million (polite) ways Poong rejected the brat xD) GRANNY etc All the good elements of Part 1 are still in part 2 so i reeeeeeally don't get the negativity here. Way too overblown. The first two episodes were a bit tedious, sure, but by now i truly enjoy it and the one case per two episodes format. With episode 4 it is also back to all the things that made Part 1 such a fun/good watch, imo,

Judging a drama's quality through its main poster is generally a bad idea.

Yeah i was bothered by that too tbh, but it is an easy visual cue for the viewer to identify lies. Hence i get why they use it, but it should come with a "don't try this at home" label, as it doesn't work in reality tho xD

i feel it is kinda needed because it helps you to know who these characters are where they are coming from and to appreciate them and their found family dynamic. The second part leaves all of their backgrounds etc out and just throws you in the middle of it.

I think you can watch it, as the story focuses on one case per episode or two very often, but you would feel lost about the characters and story quite a bit. Better start at the beginning, imo it is worth watching especially to be able to enjoy the second part fully.

It has a little bit of everything, (but stays overall light). Some more than of the other. But there are also some fighting scenes and the usual bad guys scheming to seize the throne power struggle.

Yeah, true. It is basically a popularity contest instead of a quality measurement, especially these days. And yet so many people rely on it for their dear lives to choose what they should watch, alas.

You (general you) are way better off to simply try out a show on your own if it interests you to see if you like it instead to follow MDL's rating for it like a bible or something. (I only get skeptical if a rating is like below seven or so, anything else is fair game if it catches my interest tbh)

I mean this in general, independent of this drama's rating. MdL's rating system is shit, over-inflated and thus an unreliable metric for quality (these days)

Honestly? MDL's ratings mean jackshit as a metrics nowadays tbh. They are broken and inflated (especially in the several past months) beyond repair.The whole system is not just a joke but a whole circus. So don't make yourself dependent on it, bc is really the worst idea you can have in order to choose which drama to watch. Since it is as reliable as tissue paper in pouring rain. Utterly useless.
