Do Hae Yi is making trouble for himself. She literally admitted she wavered towards Sunho. She knows his character.…
I know she is young but she doesn't stop and think for a second time how it looks to her bf when they both arrive in the same car or her not setting down clearer boundaries with clingy creep sunho in general. I hate how wishy washy she is and how she never thinks about the consequences of her own actions.
Dear Sunho,It was sad at first but now you're becoming a joke dude🤣🤣🤣
Him standing up and going to stand in the pouring rain to look sadly back at her was the most stereotypical sml scene there is and cracked me up instead of making me feel for him tbh
Okay has any one thought that this guy behind the scandals could be gay and is like secretly interested in Jing…
Yeah weird how he is targeting YW's love interests but I also don't want this train wreck of a writer vilify lgbtq+ people in making the psycho guy gay, please. Thanks.
I dropped it, cause the characters were just going back and forth. And for a romantic comedy, there really isn't…
Yeah the reality show bs stood waaaaay too much in the focus. Would have been better if they had shortened that aspect a lot and focused on the leads and their story/bg/development more (and a shorter eps count would have helped too) Other than that it is a decent to good watch, nothing special/must see of course, but yeah.
I love the FL a lot. She is a little naive but so kindhearted after all she has been through. I like a tough FL…
Honestly, i think she will be getting there and is the point of her character development. It is a (longer) process, but right now she can't do it well, because she lacks the self-confidence and any kind of support system. She sort of has found the latter now, so it is a matter of time she will become better in standing up for herself and become her better self :)

i think it is wrongly labeled here, or wrongly marketed in general. It is more a romantic *drama* about longterm friends struggling to come to terms with their romantic feelings for each other /afraid that it destroys everything, missed chances/wrong timing, and generally their life as mid-end thirties years old than romantic *comedy.* Very slice of life-y more than anything with added drama and a dash of social and online culture criticism (anon online hate, pressure put on women to marry etc) The narrative is jarring at times, not executed at its best and dragged out too much in parts, but if you know what you are getting in here, you can enjoy it. Would have been a better show with 12 episodes tbh.
it is kinda of "on the edge of your seat" type of drama, you are always to be expecting some sh*t to happen, then…
hahaha, high five, then. Rare to find someone agreeing hehe. It's not that they are *bad* shows, i just failed to connect to them as others did, or even was bored out of my mind (AoS, MLN) This is also why i have stopped giving too much weight to MDL opinions/ratings, especially with popular shows you cannot escape. It is still good to get a general idea of a drama and its tone/direction, but i always try a show i am interested in for myself to see if i like it after all.

Well i will give it a go to see what the buzz is about, since usually i end up NOT liking the "popular" dramas people keep raving about (has been this way with 2521, ABP, MLN and lately Alchemy Of Souls) but we will see. At least I know what to expect now, unlike after episode one which left me confused. Not only due to the shitton of characters thrown at you at once, also due to the lack of humor and very dark tones. (Its trailer is really misleading, lol)
Thanks for the many replies yall, very appreciated :)
Is it just me or this drama doesn't have a set schedule, like when do new episodes actually air?
First it paused due to the itawon tragedy, understandably so, given its subject matter. Now world cup is to blame, hence why it paused airing a second time. Alas it could happen again with either drama during the Corruptionworldcup, since the match schedule depends on how far SK comes in the tournament and what other matches they also will choose to broadcast. We can just hope for the best regarding airing dramas the next three weeks, lol.
I really really want to watch this drama but I’m worried it has some scary scenes. Could anyone tell me if ghosts…
No scariness just wholesome, heartwarming and sometimes heartbreaking storytelling with relatable, lovely/well-developed characters and leads. Definitely watch up including episode 6 if you can to get a full picture of the story/plot to see if you like it, as it all builds up on each other, despite the dead client's cases being episodic in nature. The romance is cute as heck and progresses slowly and very naturally between the two leads.
I mean, there's a few lighter moments here and there, but this is def not a happy drama. I don't think this should…
Thanks for your answer :) Heard good things, but I am honestly no fan of serious/grim politicky sageuk as they more often than not put me to sleep. But since netflix has started to publish it in my country with two episodes a week i can give it another try, since this is manageable despite its heaviness/melodrama (and a first episode that confused the heck out of me.) But yeah the comedy tag is definitely displaced here, as a(nother) mr.queen it is not. Pity tho, lol.
Put the drama on hold because it was too heavy and depressing for my taste/mood at the time. Did this improve with time and became a bit lighter, or does the drama remain all grim/serious only?
My favorite thing about May I Help You, besides pretty much everything, is that every single time Dongjoo is mad…
Plus, not once ever meeting her, he has ever had a lukewarm feeling about Dongjoo. He was feeling sorry about having to deliver such a rude break up message to her, then furious with her reaction. Then ashamed because of ruining her birthday lunch and needing to make it better. Weirded out by her appearing in that closet, rooting through strange people's stuff and she stayed on his mind through wondering who she is (that bandage he wore for as long as possible bc it reminded him of her.)
The first feelings of attraction gave way for disgust and disappointment and him lashing out at her when Taehee found her holding the corpse and thought her insane. Then he realized she sees ghosts (and therefore cares for the dying and doesn’t grope corpses yknow) and HAS TO redeem himself to her for his misconception/misunderstanding. Like it is an intrinsic need to him, like eating and breathing. So he spends basically the entirety of episode 5 to find ways to make it right and apologize, to the point of sneakily asking her father about her whereabouts. After that he is keen to not repeat the blunder and attunes himself to her mood and needs, collects every bit of information about her given to him by her like precious gems, listens. He stands up for her, is there when she needs him. Honestly, not even ONCE Taehee has been indifferent to her. Dongjoo has lived in his head rentfree from the moment they met and has made a home in there and his heart ever since. It is like his uncle said "to fight and argue, you need to have a relationship, something to lose and care about," and he always did. And so did Dongjoo for that matter.
(This is also why you should never ever doubt that they are endgame. This ship is so sailing yall)
i swear,i will never believe mdl ratings..i almost dropped this beautiful story..glad that i tried it...if the…
Honestly never trust MDL ratings and always try a drama for yourself if you are interested in it, bc people are dumb and/or have ranging tastes and sometimes nitpicky reasons not to like it.
