Yeah, yet another case of MDL ratings and I don't agree, like at all, lol. Korea is generally not the best when it comes to mental health (carries a large stigma afaik) so i am not aware of a drama which portrays DID less fantasy and stupid than this one did, sorry. The only one which thematically deals with mental health disorder that comes to mind is "It's okay to be not okay" but it isn't about DID. It is hard to find any good portrayal in media regarding that, alas.

It is a Korean wordplay you would miss/not get if you don't know hangul/korean vocab. The korean word for shooting star is 별똥별 and it is a compound word out of "star, poop, star," hence shooting star or rather shitting star here, lol. (It also contains the implication that the PR team has to clean up the shit stars produce, lol.)

Korean has a lot of amusing compound words btw, "water meat" for example for (non food) fish, among others xD

Could be not for you then, but it is also a drama that needs a bit of time to get rolling, i think. Personally i always watch a drama till/including episode 4 to get past the introductory stage to see if i like it or not. YMMV tho ;)
