Poor Wudai 😂 He looks like brute man, but actually the biggest softie, dumb and simple guy, and he will believe…
Agree. Normally I don't like this type of role (he's also way too big for my taste), but he and his character charm me with his antics and his being a big softie hehehehehehehh...He's done a great job portraying this character!
Loving this drama. I was happy when I saw that Korea adapted this novel because I was looking forward to China's…
Same re: the prince. It made it harder for me to sympathize with him, because although logically I know why he mistrusts everybody, but still...come onnnn!!!! After all the things she's been through to prove herself, man!
Regarding the sergeant, though, I feel I can be a little more lenient because he's the fiance and he's probably much more emotional regarding her alleged affair (it was tough because they never really met in person during the engagement, even though they had met when they were kids).
I've been thinking about this more. I think one of the things that bothers me in this drama is that I find it difficult to sympathize with the characters despite the background stories. This is especially true for ML, but also for other characters. For example, I also have a hard time being fully invested in the comedic duo of FL's maid and the PM's youngest son. I have no idea why...the only one I'm rooting for so far is the FL. Weird. Is there anyone else who feels this way, I wonder?
I didn't expect to enjoy this drama this much. Nicely surprised he he he he...I really enjoy the third demon prince…
When Ye Tan made Xuan Shang realized that it was wrong to keep away/try to kill fear. And then he went on to embracing his fear/hugging his scared inner child. That is such a beautiful lesson for everybody.

My POV after reading different comments: for me a (pretty) solid drama will make us forget about any similar drama and this drama has made me feel mixed feelings because in the first few episodes, I couldn't help but to think of (similar scenes/characters) in other dramas. It's hard for me personally to pinpoint why (I'm still trying to mull over the reasons), but I know I've seen many dramas (either sageuk or modern dramas or even dramas from other countries) that make me get so immersed that I can "forget" about other similar dramas.
Note: I use the term "solid drama" loosely, because it's very personal what can touch us, what can speak to us, what we can enjoy at different times (our mood can change, our personal experiences can also affect/change what we want to watch).
For me by far ep 5 was the best one so far. But I'm going to keep watching because I enjoy the FL role so much. Not a full-blown damsel in distress. She's involved in the action as well as solving the cases. I wasn't sure about her as an actress in the beginning as I had never seen her before, but whenever she smiles (esp. when she's not showing teeth), she's SOOOOOO adorable (and I'm a woman!). Can't wait to see her character's progress in the next episodes!
Sameeeeee...Jeremy is charming, too. Gao Wei Guang nailed his multiple roles SO well in Eternal Love. I was smitten…
BTS = Behind-the-scenes (footage of Eternal Love). Yeah, now that you've told me that the amnesia created a lot of funny situations, I'm more interested in the drama. Thanks. :-)

I was just a bit worried about the length of amnesia (seems a lot of people mentioned this). But I'm gonna go check it out later and see how I like it. I like Vengo's height as well as his facial expressions. Also in BTS, he seems to be a funny person he he he...LOL on taking off his shirt clause ha ha ha ha...
Wah I cant stop thinking of Donghua from eternal love while watching the ML Yinfan. They have similar eyes. Mesmerizing
Sameeeeee...Jeremy is charming, too. Gao Wei Guang nailed his multiple roles SO well in Eternal Love. I was smitten right away because of his acting skills. It's not easy to play multiple roles that well (so well that you can tell right away the differences from the body language and facial expressions). I got smitten by Jeremy in The Autumn Ballad (esp. because he used his real voice there).
Regarding the sergeant, though, I feel I can be a little more lenient because he's the fiance and he's probably much more emotional regarding her alleged affair (it was tough because they never really met in person during the engagement, even though they had met when they were kids).
My fave scene so far in ep 10 (in spoiler below):
