i agree that she should step up for herself and that she can't live in Yinlou's shadow - but it's still true that what happened was directly because Yinlou beat up the eunuch and tricked him afterwards , when Li wanted to just let it happen in the first place .

but really we'll just have to wait to see what happens - cause I know Yinlou feels bad about what happened , but Li is such a weak princess type to where I think she'll feel anger towards Yinlou no matter what she does to make the situation right

also , dylan's acting here is amazing . i can feel his charisma and intimidating presence even through my screen haha

I feel really bad for Beauty Li . Of course she never asked to be defended and it wasn't wrong for Yinlou to help out - but it's just so unfortunately that she wasn't there to help out when Li was banging on her door.

It's like, I totally understand that it's not Yinlou's fault at all for not being there, but at the same time- I understand Li's anger and resentment. Because she doesn't know that Yinlou could get out of that place. She thinks that she was ignored and then left to be beaten and abused.

I hope that eunuch get's beat up.. or maybe something worse.

wow episode 6 was really great .. i love the fast pace of this show but being able to slow down and just see the emotions between all of the characters was totally needed . and those fight scenes were great as well ,,

Of course they accept him at the end of the episode, but I would've loved if there was someone more outspoken in the group that would've advocated for Mr. Woo and made him feel less of a 'weird person'- because he's just him and doesn't need to be treated any differently now that they know he is trans.

I really did like this show but I'm gonna rant about one thing -

I really hated how Michelle and Suri reacted in the hospital when they found out that Mr. Woo is trans. Maybe because it's not a big deal to me- like if I knew someone and found out they were transgender , i'd probably be more like "oh cool" rather than running away in shock.

Idk, it just felt horrible to see him be left there in the hospital like that- feeling rejected and like a spectacle. Honestly, I think those two were the worst people to come and check on him in the hospital. He needed someone who would not do what they pleased (open the curtains of where he was staying) , and just be considerate and pay more attention to his well-being. Because.. he just got stabbed.

Like ask him if he needed anything from home or if he's in pain or needs anything ...... not abandon him after making him feel horrible ..

I'm not sure if it's because I wasn't as attached to the last actress as a lot of other people are - but I don't find the switch up to be jarring or out of place at all. Go Yoon Jung does a wonderful job at having the same tone or same speech pattern as the last actress did when playing the same character. So a lot of the times, they feel like the same person even if you know.. the actresses are different.

But at the same time - We've seen Go Yoon Jung's face since the start and so since it makes sense in the story for her to be the main actress in this second part , it's not out of place at all.

So if you want to continue watching , I don't think you'll be put off by the switch in actresses as it happens kind of naturally.

the fact that this is so common means it's not unintentional - but i really love how each family has their own color . like Yae's family wears blue , Haru's family wears red , and when Haru was with Tsunemi , they wore yellow

We still have ten more episodes to go- and there's a good chance she'll probably talk about what happened later on. But either way sometimes it's good to keep things vague.

But our FL had an intense loss and probably had depression- when that happens days pass by without you even realizing and at some point you find yourself in the next month/year ... etc. They showed us that feeling by her realizing that the season changed. Then with this new realization - just like how people get haircuts to signify change - she literally dropped everything to get a fresh start. There was no reason for us to see her every move.

It really all comes down to whether you like the style of the show/production - I do and you seem not to. That's fine really but the show truly just started. It's way too early to judge it that hard. And if you don't like it /that/ much and even the smallest things are bothering you, then maybe this show is not for you and that's also perfectly okay.

this is weirdly hard for me to rate- because the acting was great, the pacing really kept me hooked the whole time, and even the music (when there was music), was perfect for the mood.

it's like, the characters were so fucked up. i'm just like ..... woah

does anyone know what song plays at the end of episode 7 ? i've tried looking for it, but i haven't been able to find it yet ,,

the fl is such a strong and independent character. i feel like 10 minuets into the first episode you'll know what i mean . about the love triangle , there's really not much to worry about. if there's any conflicts they're resolved in a good time frame .

honestly i think you can start this show without any worries !

oh definitely . what's really crazy to me is how you know some of his lines are meant to be swoon-worthy but are just plain red flag material. Especially the scene from the party where he say "she's really demanding my attention" - like she's not and i need him to realize that.

like the writers from the start pictured him to us as a womanizer and a player who's only going after haeyi because she's "different". I wish they knew they could create a good sml AND ml and the fl can still like the ml more because she's her own person.

i feel like i'm ranting a little too long , but it's so concerning seeing everyone stick up for the sml when if they were in haeyi's situation and had someone like that hovering around them 24/7- they'd be running for the hills .
