Actually, I was laughing too. I think that at first you are supposed to take it seriously, but then, like this drama often does, they take a serious moment and exaggerate it to the point that it becomes funny. The music even started to change. I think we were supposed to start laughing. I mean, really, after a while in episode 15 the guys both became so pathetic I was laughing and thinking Na Ri shouldn't date either of them because they are so pitiful. But I really do think we are supposed to laugh.

Is anyone else shipping Palgang's moms together? I think they are so adorable! Ep 15: I am in love with the womance here!

I was reading his bio for the thousandth time and it just hit me: I wonder if he has ever actually gotten to play Hamlet. OMG! After seeing him as Wang So, he would make an AMAZING Hamlet! Oh, what I wouldn't give to see LJG play Hamlet. Wow!

I love Seo In Guk but was not in the mood for something so goofy. But then Scarlet Heart has me so twisted up and melancholy that I finally decided something really goofy was just what I needed. This really is adorable and is just what the drama doctor ordered.

Agreed. I like Jung alright, but they didn't make his crush on her organic enough because they just shoehorned it in, like a lot of side plots. But it is important to the story if they are not going to deviate too wildly. But in the Chinese 14th prince was my favorite! But that's because I didn't think 4th prince was written all that well. He was ok at first, but he was just a shadow of the awesomeness of Wang So.

It was a set up - fake. Yo had to blame the death of the King and Yo's rise to power on someone (and also the fact that he marched an army into the castle, etc...). So Yo decided to make up a coup using a powerful family of a prince that was not an ally - that just happened to be Eun. There was no coup or plot at all. Yo made it all up to cover HIS coup.

Watch ALL of them. all. I've seen them all and 3 of them TWICE.

Watching this AGAIN because Lee Joon-gi, and dang, I forgot how really excellent this drama is. It is must see TV!

I think I agree about that. I mean, she has chemistry with everyone. But It's Okay, That's Love is something special. However, this one isn't over yet. But I guess the fact that this is lighter and that was much darker tilts the tables in IOTL's favor too. There is a sort of desperation in their chemistry since they are both broken people. Plus Jo In Sung was about as good in that as any actor has ever been in anything.

I've been re-watching LJG dramas lately and just started rewatching Two Weeks. I forgot exactly how fantastic that one is. Criminally underrated drama with one of his best performances!

I knew that Gong Hyo Jin and Jo Jung Suk would be magic together, but I don't know if even I realized they'd be this good. I love it when the Kdrama stars align!

Seriously. A woman could get pregnant watching that scene.:-D

Ending of do 14.....Jo Jung Seok....the look in his eyes.... I've now watched that ending 6 times. I think I will watch it some more. My dream is now for a man to look at me the way Jo Jung Seok did at the end of ep 14.

@DoHani - that's exactly my thoughts on IU. She is doing fine and I don't understand the hate. And most of the flaws are due to the writing or directing. AND most importantly, given the character I don't know who could have done better? Most of the great actresses would have been too old (or too old looking) for this role. She has to appear young and naive - at least at the beginning. Something about the whole story and character do not work if she looks too old and worldly. And the story covers too much time. Other than Park Bo Young, I cannot think of another really young looking actress who might have been better for this role.

And seriously, what young actress was going to be able to hold her own against LJG? NONE.

I actually just watched that RM ep a second time yesterday because LJG is so adorable in it. I really cannot believe his personality in it - it's more than my heart can take. One of my favorite things is how when he gets really immersed in what he is doing, the camera goes over to Kang Ha Neul and you see him laughing in embarrassment because he cannot believe LJG is acting like that. I just love it!

They wore elaborate wigs to get those hairstyles. She took off her wig because she was in mourning and just generally upset.

Yep, they should call that cliff "Resurrection Cliff" because no one who falls off it really ever dies (unless it's someone's parent or mentor and he did to save the lead character, then he's dead).
