1. The female lead was honestly kind of annoying in the first episodes, but I like her better afterwards~ 2. The music is not bad, but not amazing either. I still enjoy it tho. 3. A Li is so fucking adorable and innocent-- 4. I personally haven't really felt the main couple chemistry at the beginning (it does get better after 5 episodes) . Conclusion: I feel it's lacking fantasy elements, since I'm a big fantasy/historical/supernatural watcher. I expected more, but hey, if you like cute romance stories with a tiny hint of fantasy, then give this a try.
I'll probably be watching it to the end but if the story drags, I have a higher chance at dropping it simply because cute love stories usually aren't my thing.
I like it, but personally I would have preferred if the show was just a tad darker and if the male lead was a bit more "competent", y'know. But hey, it's still good.
It's due to dieting. He didn't go through surgery. For tales or Nodku to make it more believable he had to reduce his weight, since naturally, women (faces especially) are usually much more slender and skinny than men. Makeup also played a part in it, and there may have been CGI.

Who knows. I just read a bit on some Chinese and Taiwanese news/leaked sites and people are saying they saw the cast of addicted there potentially shooting something. It could just always be a really big budget advertisement and not necessarily season 2, but nothing has been confirmed.
The trailer is showing some tragic ending, and I'm already starting to hate the FL for being so blind to not realise that the dude loves her and never deceived her ;-;
There are rumours that season 2 is being filmed in Taiwan currently, and will air on Taiwan channels some time in the future. We might still have hope guys :0

I really hope that wasn't just fan service. It'll be cool to see a "dark" side Zhan Yao in season 2.
