I knew the queen of dongxia was not the 3rd person. Now the question is why did ZZX lie to ZH. The only logical answer is the 3rd person is the emperor himself and ZZX did not want ZH to go against the emperor. I called in ep 10 that the 3rd person was the emperor hehe.

ZLS had good chemistry with LYN in the Long Ballad. In The Long Ballad when ZLS was paired with LYN, there was a scene where she was supposed to slap him but it looked awkward because she had trouble reaching his face lol. In the end they had her stand on a higher ground.

stays cute for quite a while actually. they even transitioned into romcom for a while in the middle of the drama.

I kinda worry for the show now the duke is dead. He was such a well written and acted character that the next villain to show up will have big shoes to fill.

we don't know his identity or motive. he is also around when the ML's family got killed so he could very well be the 3rd.

the FL gets less screentime then some of the villains. revenge drama through and through.

this drama probably won't get too many views on MDL because it doesn't have the romance tag.

more like lovers to enemies. don't expect too much romance.

if you're looking for a thriller then it's a must watch. if you are looking for romance then move along.

i felt the same way. it's ep23 before they get back.
