I tried watching another drama while waiting for this and my mind just kept straying to.. Ning... and Ruyi... and Shisan.. and the whole gang and I just couldn't help but miss the chemistry Ning and Ruyi have and their sweet, mature relationship and how the plot is so effortless and how the comedic elements are so perfect- AHHHHH in conclusion- a journey to love is on toppp

the frustration.. when it looks like such a beautifully made drama with amazing cinematography and an enticing plot and amazing actors which you love in other dramas and exactlyyy like the type of thing I would love BUT THEY WON'T RELEASE IT !!!!!!!!!!

I have to respectfully disagree. I think that was a genuine act of betrayal on their part. By that point, she had done multiple things to prove her loyalty and was nothing but a subordinate that stuck by their side and helped them, as Ning pointed out. I wish they would have at least communicated themselves, but I understand where they're coming from. The whole thing was very heartbreaking because Ruyi had begun to trust them- only to have it broken.

I just take my time reading the comments when there are no episodes to watch. Scrolling through and liking everything bc we share a braincell hahahaha!!
Also, we're more than halfway through the drama omg this is so sad

Noooo LTG :(((( I actually feel bad for him! I feel like he had an idolized view of what his shifu was going to be like and Ruyi completely threw that away. Which of course was needed! Since he has romantic feelings for her now, they can't just keep a normal master disciple relationship but it was still SADDD. I hope he continues to improve himself and they can have a normal relationship in the future!
Also Ning omgg g <33 when she came back from her investigative work and he came to bring her snacks- :((<3333 you can really see how he's the better match for her. She just needs someone strong responsible and caring, just like him.
