Not sure what type of c-dramas you enjoy, modern, romance or costume romance but any way "Lighter and Princess" - modern romance in college campus setting

What a wonderful drama with so many important issues but still with pure love between FL and ML. There were sad, regret and pain from the parents. In the end the FL is like a phoenix reborn from ashes. I love the ending so much so I re-watched it. This high school youth drama is not your ordinary, puppy love type drama and it touches many meaningful issues. For me, this drama is 10/10!
By the way, this is not a youth romance drama; it's a healing, finding yourself and the truth drama.

I was holding my breath when the first time watching Lust, Caution. I was drawn by both Tang Wei and Tony Leung. Tang Wei was so young at the time and perfectly fit for the role. I enjoyed the first half of Ming Dynasty until the death of Zhu Zhan Ji (played by Zhu Yawen). I love this kind of costume dynasty drama, such as Ming Dynasty and The Imperial Age, so my bar is set very low for them.

My goodness, I thought Liu Haoran didn't make it in the industry after NIF2. I think that Zhang Ziyi has had only one drama, The Rebel Princess, and so has Tang Wei, Ming Dynasty. I always want to watch Sparrow and now it's the time for me.

The discussion is so interesting! I love Zhu Yilong's acting but he hardly has new dramas any more. Zhou Dong Yu who is fantastic in Better Days would never make it in the drama land without being established first in the big screen.

This drama is tagged as Sci-Fi so in the beginning it's a little big confusing but intriguing.

If you're looking for romance in this drama, you won't find it. It's not an idol drama which doesn't mean it's not a good drama.

Actually the story is interesting and acting from both ML and FL are good. They both are established actors.

Just a heads up, the ep 20-30 slows down quite a bit but it picks up afterwards. Some dropped the drama because of it! I toughed it out and didn't regret.

For all the things that China did in your post, if China had not done that, China were not doing her due diligence to protest and defend her people. Imagining, China setup an air defense system in Cuba for the same reason as SK claimed, a pure defensive, not able to strike at all and for whatever the reasons China claims, and I'm sure the U.S. would reacts strongly and if not, the U.S. isn't doing her job to protect her citizens.
