No, the storyline has been so good, uncommon and refreshing to watch, but what do we know, the next thing we see in a trailer is some woman dressed up like a 🎄,the male lead's ex fiancée. I thought there wouldn't be any of this trope in this drama!!

I so dislike this kind of trope, the storyline has been uncommon, refreshing and gripping to watch so far, now they are adding this convoy of a tribe or something bringing some woman dressed up like a christmas tree and a supposed ex fiancée to the male lead, how utterly annoying...

the MDL classification for this drama has been climbing up, yet not to the point that it really deserves, triple digits don't do it justice, it should be in double digits for its story, cast performance, shooting skills, costumes and cinematography.What is not to like about this drama??

indeed this drama has nothing naïve, nothing of the same old same old, I am hopeful that it will remain so till the end.

you have no idea what you are missing. I have been following it since day 1 and I can't have enough of it, I only wish they would release all remaining episodes, be it in super express package, I'd pay..

i wonder if any of you looks foward, as I do, to the female lead to tell her husband that she actually went to see his brother when he was about to be executed, what they said to each other and then how her mother had got taken away the late king's decree that would have saved his brother.
I would also think they she specifically learnt how to cure legs for his sake.

as each episode moves on, the story provides gradually the why and how of things that needed explanations. I truly think this is an excellent and wonderfully directed screenplay, releasing missing details in the right moment takes efforts and good planning, the production, the directing did such excellent work. Hopefully it will remain so till the very end.

you are so right, I can't imagine enough what his reactions will be when he finds out everyone on the mountain are dead and she not only has her imaginary maid but all those unsent letters she has been writing..

the classification here has climbed up, finally, hope it will go higher and higher as this drama is truly deserving, the storyline is intriguing, acting of the cast so on point, especially the leads. A note of particular appreciation of Cheng Li, the male lead, his facial expressions, his eyes are so telling, his constraints, ar sufferings and fiercefulness are all on his face, his eyes. I have seen him in other works, his performance in this drama sits right on 🔝!

I very much like to see when the male lead discovers his wife is suffering from mental issues, how her life actually was up in the mountain and how he helps her to heal. This drama is like an onion, it takes off layer after layer steadily and convincingly. Am now waiting to know why the FL sent her "brother" to disover her stepmother and her ex husband..

am watching ep 12 as I write, wanted to come here to say I truly appreciate the medical process conducted to heal his legs, it is not at all superficial and hasty as one might expect in other dramas, but with details and patience, truly a well written screenplay and excellent directing.

just saying, I don't know if there is actually an importance, a necessity for the existence of the female lead's sister, if there isn't , I truly think her role here is a total waste of our time and resource of the production. I literally fast forward every time she appears and speaks..

I am afraid there is no one left in that mountain, more will be revealed as the drama moves on, she learnt a lot in the years she spent in the mountain.

ep.11, the master she said who saved her life when she fell from the cliff is her imagination, she herself was the one who killed the snakes right after she fell, I truly think she is suffering from mental problems after a tragedy that took place up in the mountain causing everyone there died.

I am guessing it was a move in an attempt to make the ml to want to let her heal his legs so that he can protect himself and those he loves.

I meant she was the sole survivor among those who stayed behind. I do think some left prior to the mountain closure by the dowager.

I have this theory, the female lead is the sole survivor of the Linshen mountain, everyone in the mountain actually died during or after the attack of the royal army sent by the Dowager, the then Queen, to isolate the mountain but the army killed everyone, engineered by the evil minister without the knowledge of the Dowager.What the female leads says now as if there were still people living in the mountain is pure imagination. This is truly a well written screenplay.
