music to my ears 😄, so hate to spend time and efforts to watch dramas that throw my spirit to the ditch with bad endings, especially when unnecessary.

of course, they know how to play us. So you have read the novel a long time ago, could you tell me if the leads survive and live happily ever after at turns end 😉?

There are trailers, previews on YouTube of this drama that I find utmost unsettling, the FL putting a knife into the emperor's chest, the Lefr Chancellor beating the hell out of the king with his dragon stick while he was literally on his knees, the leader of the gang blowing a whistle to command half humans locked up in cells... I didn't read the novel, so I don't know if these are in the book as well.., but I can't imagine how these all can happen..

I didn't actually follow this drama until yesterday, I am finding it.really Heart breaking and yet positive, contructive. I feel their pain and their love. A good story delivered by an excellent lead couple and great supporting cast. The leads really own the roles, their acting, appearance are top notch.

Great efforts, let's not give voice to bias complaints.

shallow? hardly my feeling about this drama. And yes， I like complex story too, have watched plenty in decades and this screen play hasn't disappointed me so far.

I agree with you, I like this drama even more than Blossoms of power, it is richer in content and the cast are just as great, if not better

you have such patience, hats off. As for me, those who badmouth dramas and their cast don't deserve any credits, especially when the dramas are still at their early stage. They do that deliberately for reasons entirely bias, trying to mislead others, to rant their frustration when their idols are not doing what they want or aren't in the shows they want them to be.Some people actually think their own their idols, do they even have a life of their own?

I am so frustrated with Mangotv app and their website, they always freeze , I don't have problems with IQiyi, Wetv or even with Youku, but Mangotv is a disaster.

a few just play lion with the keyboard having no idea whatsoever.of what they have actually seen or not having really seen. Those are the constant foe every drama, I always skip those who write rubbish for a 2 minute keyboard glory
