I saw the final episode and I cried, but I still couldn't help being disappointed. The series started out so great, I was looking forward to each episode each week, until Maya appeared. I've seen some people's long posts in defense of her character and to be honest, I just don't care. She took over the plot and came between Kohei and Taichi for too many episodes and while I appreciated her struggles, she needed to be involved minimally in the story, not become a main character halfway through the series. Do a spin-off on her, or a special episode just not whatever this was. I was pure torture seeing her on screen. Or if you keep her as an integral part of the story, why make it seem like she was obsessed with keeping Kohei and Taichi apart. I understand she got attached to Kohei really quicky but it's mental to get attached to a person like a leach and then try to nuke their older relationships because you have traumas. If a guy did that to a girl friend, everybody would be outraged and call him out for being a controlling narcissist.

The miscommunications between them really wore me down. By the end of it, I felt Kohei deserved better. Taichi being dense is cute for a while but then I lost patience. Their relationship feels really unbalanced. It feels like Kohei is always putting in the work to meet Taichi halfway, to show him subtlety how he feels and Taichi is just pouting, pouting, pouting, He became such a depressing character by the end and it annoyed me to no end when he realized his feelings and he chose to still sit on them some more. Kohei had to find him and confess for the nth time. I felt the love when Kohei was confessing, didn't feel anything when Taichi did. I didn't need a kiss, but the look in his eyes said only friends. And that hug was weird as hell, they had a better hug earlier and Taichi decided to push him. F*ck that.

I appreciate the story as Kohei's story and the positive impact Taichi had on him but I wish they left the romance out it because that was disappointing or just left it as a one-sided love (and I don't mean because there were no kisses). And Maya should have been an episode, tops.

Why are continuing to watch 'the worst drama'? Stop watching this and go watch something you enjoy.

I know, right? And it's relentless. I'm not gonna claim that I've never left the occasional negative comment to some series but if I didn't like something to this level I just dropped it after a few episode instead of continuing to rage watch it and then go to take out my frustration in the comment section.

What's the point of keep going back to a forum every episode and repeat how you hate it and the actors over and over again. I understood it maybe the first few episode but at episode 9?!! I understand not liking the characters but picking on the actor like that is cruel.
