Why do people want to believe it's an illusion tho? I literally have people argue with me in the comments that I got it wrong. So weird. Don't they want the leads to live? Lol. To me it was obvious, the name of the kids and the special pill that Qian Zhou gave Yuan Zhou. That was enough for me.

Lol of course I did and I think you ol better put that in spoilers my dude. In this drama people survive the impossible and don't forget Yuan Xhou had that special pill from Qian Zhou which is called the life preserving pill. Dont think they left that clue for anything. It's fine if you want to believe that they died. I believed they didn't.

I don't understand this imagination explanation. 😅 This happened with mysterious lotus casebook too. To me, it was real and I think Ning and Ruyi felt ready to tell their friends they are alive.

Yes, yes, it didn't end well for a lot of our beloved characters, but i am glad we were given a very strong indication that Ning Yuan Zhou and Ruyi lived and had two kids called Ning Shi San and Ren Lu. I am not sure why people think everyone died. I love the subtle ending, it fits the tone of the series. I guess I have to write fanfic to live it in my head hehe. I imagine our boys riding I'm the heavenly plains, and then reincarnating to better lives... Sigh how I wished that Shi San lived tho. Sigh

The second prince makes the Emperor of Wu look like an honourable genius. I hope something nasty happens to him. Gah. Qian Zhao has always been one of those people who can hold grudges for a long time, and because he doesn't reveal his emotions at all, he hid all that rage in him so well. I really hope he doesn't die a dishonourable death, truly!!
