I get what you mean by modern Cdramas. Tbh, I rarely finished modern Cdrama ones, esp. romance coz they are indeed draggy. But the one I'm watching that I mentioned, Under the Skin, it's only 20 eps. It's on iQiyi as well, so if you're subscribed to it, then you can use maximize your subscription.
Also agree with Jdoramas, they always leave you wanting more coz their max eps is 11 eps, except for those Asadoras, Taigas, etc.

The drama is still coming, but they know each other way before. A friend of mine, who's also a CY fan, told me that there was this one time CY sent a birthday message to LYT.

It's pretty interesting to read different people's thoughts about the ending. Just shows how we interpret different things. Some people might be sad, devastated, others contented and pretty satisfied. I think I'm one of those who are pretty much satisfied with it. The ending per se didn't make me cry or make me feel sad, the prior scenes leading to the ending did. It kinda gave me a feeling of hope, instead. I believe that's what the drama wanted to entail. Only when you let go of certain things will you be able to achieve more ~
