Honestly, I'm glad he decided to fight back because it doesn't seem like he did anything wrong. That aside, the last time I heard, Immortality already passed censorship so it's really up to Tencent to release it now.

I love Shulin and Lan Jue's chemistry too. They definitely give me that wistful and dreamy "first love" vibes. It's just that Lan Jue and Zhang Ping have my favorite dynamic, which is more of a slow burn, enemies-to-lovers type of relationship.

Xu Dong, Chen Chou, and even Mo Wen are the best wingmen ever. They're the reason why Zhang Ping and Lan Jue are finally together at the end of the drama. lol

Seriously, the gay was so strong in these last episodes lol. Lan Jue was literally having a crisis between his ex-boyfriend (Gu Qingzhang) and his current soulmate (Zhang Ping). 🤣

Yep! I just really love the dynamic between Shulin, Zhang Ping, and Lan Jue because Shulin/Gu Qingzhang is Zhang Ping's older brother so watching them together is like watching two brothers catfighting over the same guy they like. XD

No, but it's revealed that Gu Qingzhang is Zhang Ping's older brother in a sense that they grew up together and were essentially raised as brothers.

Lan Jue and Zhang Ping only having eyes for each other at the ending of A League of Nobleman is everything. I'm so freaking happy!! True love really does exist. 😭

Edit: just wanted to add something funny and sweet too. Lan Jue reveals that Shulin was his soulmate and Zhang Ping originally doesn't understand what that is until Chen Chou hilariously chokes on his food explaining to him what "知己" means. The whole scene pretty much implies later on that Zhang Ping has become Lan Jue's soulmate. <3

I haven't watched the new episodes yet, but Lan Jue and Shulin are for sure dripping with so much gay LOL.

I also saw a clip of Zhang Ping getting stabbed by Shulin and Lan Jue is in tears knowing that Zhang Ping survived. I'm dead. 🥺

Omg Lan Jue is so different when he has his hair down vs. when he has it up. I noticed that when his hair is up, he's more uptight, serious, and smug, but when his hair is down, he's more playful, youthful, and glowing like a pregnant woman lol. He's infinitely beautiful when he lets his hair down. 😍

Ikr?? He's so lucky to have three guys fighting over his heart. ❤

I just saw some clips where Wang Duo's character finally shows up and the scenes between his character Shulin (Gu Qingzhang) and Lan Jue are definitely uhh, questionable** (especially when Shulin gently places his hand over Lan Jue's and grasps it so tenderly) and the jealousy Shulin has towards Zhang Ping makes it look like Zhang Ping and Lan Jue are more than just friends. 🤭

Anyway the last 9 episodes of the drama are shaping up to be incredibly intense and we're getting these really emotional Lan Jue/Zhang Ping scenes so I'm excited!! <3

This drama hasn't even released, but I already know that Zhang Linghe and Zhai Xiaowen are going to have insane chemistry. How could they not when they're playing one of my all time favorite couples? <3

The original source material isn't BL, but I think the show hints at it, especially since the episodes were cut down to over a half an hour each after episode 2 presumably because of BL/romantic coded scenes between Zhang Ping and Lan Jue that unfortunately wouldn't have passed censorship.

Tbh, I stopped caring about her when I found out she only fetishizes gay men and pretty much threw Zhang Zhehan under the bus while shamelessly making countless Word of Honor edits.

Besides, A League of Nobleman is a solid drama so far, imo. The story is straight forward, but with some added twists that elevate the stakes and I personally love the dynamic between Zhang Ping and Lan Jue who have a kind of slow burn relationship that
eventually grows deeper as the episodes go by. The cinematography and VFX are also gorgeous. After watching 1 episode, I couldn't stop watching so now I'm stuck waiting for new episodes to drop. 😅

For someone who can't seem to stand Lan Jue, Zhang Ping sure has a habit of risking his life for him. In ep. 4 when Li Niang holds Lan Jue captive, Zhang Ping tells her he wasn't there to save Lan Jue, but as he was about to leave, he immediately goes back for Lan Jue and gets slashed in the back by Li Niang in an attempt to protect Lan Jue. Even Li Niang was like, oh so you want to die with him and go to hell together?? LOL.

I know this technically isn't a dangai, but the show is pretty much looking like a gorgeous, expensive, and high quality 500k word enemies-to-lovers fanfic between Lan Jue and Zhang Ping.

I feel like if Eternal Faith sees the light of day, he'll definitely blow up in popularity. He just oozes leading man material imo and I can't wait to see his rendition of Hua Cheng. <3

I wonder if this is now the most commented drama in MDL. 35k comments for a show that hasn't even come out yet is ridiculously impressive and imagine when the show actually comes out? The comments section will be utterly unstoppable lol.
