While I do have questions, that was a fitting ending. I don't think they could have ended it any better.
This was good. They did a great job in setting up the grim atmosphere with an A1 score and aesthetics. The colours, esp for the night scenes, were really trippy & creepy at the same time. The actors were great too. I definitely think this deserved to be a longer series because I would have loved for the psychology of the characters to be explored more. All the characters were really interesting & complex. Nonetheless, it was intense & engaging from the start till the end. Highly recommended for anyone that likes mysteries. This was definitely unique.

I do see him growing out of it. It's like that everytime you find yourself breaking out of your shell & become conscious of it, you want to fight harder to go back in & that's what happened with Karibe. I am hoping that he will make it up to Ren & Aiko the next episode.
I feel like the preview for the next episode was deceptive.. but I may be wrong. I hope that she won't come in between them, and even if she does, I hope that Karibe will give her a stern reply the way he told cafe guy off. THAT WAS COOL AND REFRESHING TO SEE.
Well cafe guy has been crushing on Aiko from the start so this whole shit was bound to happen. I hope Aiko pushes him away, slaps him & cuts off contact with him in the next episode (though I doubt it will happen).. let's see how the show handles that angle.

I hated how she not only took advantage of the kid, but she invaded his personal space & stole his name. THAT IS NOT DONE. That is basically criminal behaviour.
I am hoping that she will push him away next episode. Like dude you're already in a relationship with someone else. Not just that he didn't even ask for her permission.
I do think Karibe had progression.. he actively took some steps to see her like ordering from the cafe, & even went out looking for Ren but the whole Mum angle hit a raw nerve. Also he's not used to feeling this way, so that's why he lashed out on Renn & Aiko. Of course his behaviour is not excusable. But I am hoping he'll make it up to them the next episode.

Oh yes I totally loved how Karibe actually spoke back to him rather than walk away feeling low esteem (like we're used to in majority of the dramas) I legit cheered for Karibe at that moment! He is a kawai onigawara <3
Chef guy needs a slap. Not only is he cheating on his girlfriend, like he didn't even ask Aiko for her permission to kiss her & just pulled her & kissed her. I lost all love for him. URGHHHH WHY SHOW?! This was literally perfect until that moment.
Lets see how they deal with this the next episode.
