Just watched E3 & the cat/mouse game between Hidaka & Mochizuki is so thrilling. That ending scene was absolutely brilliant & caught me off guard. To think that this is just the start, AHHHHHHH I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Also, what is up with the roommate? He is creepy af.
I ship them too, but I feel like if she were to be paired with the other guy also it won't be that bad. Same with Mum, whether with the best friend or the editor. My point was that the whole cast has a lot of chemistry, and work well, either ways.
This looks amazing. Those enjoying it, definitely check out Okada Yoshikazu's other wonderful works like Hiyokko…
In This Corner of the World was just PERFECT. The leads were one of the best pairings I've seen in dramaland, and the story was written & acted beautifully. It hurts me that it is so underrated!! I cannot recommend it enough seriously.
I haven't seen Hiyokko. Will check it out, thank you!
Consistently PERFECT from start till the end. A first for a K drama. This got me out from my k drama hiatus, and I am pretty sure I won't be able to watch another K drama, not until I see another one like this.
Maybe I am reading too much, but when Mi Joo said there could be a sequel to Candy, I thought that she's hinting towards Run On Season 2.. Writer nim, may I please hope for a 2nd Season? Pretty please.
Dan Ah/Young Hwa's relationship is so old school yet modern. Who would have thought under all that explosive chemistry, they would be so heartbreaking? BE STILL MY HEART.
Also, I don't even know who to ship with who in this show. All the combinations would work so well either romantically or platonically. The dynamics are just so interesting.. all the characters have crackling chemistry together.
Also, what is up with the roommate? He is creepy af.
I haven't seen Hiyokko. Will check it out, thank you!
