Ep 9–OOOMMMGGGG, so good. Badass Ji Won coming through! 💅🏽

I enjoyed this FL in “Destined To Meet You.” She’s funny. She had a Veronica-Park vibe (character from a kdrama) in that drama. If you know, you know, 😆. Therefore I will give this drama a try!

Their acting is good. The first episode is much better than I expected. Seeing them kiss however will be quite awkward to watch, in my humble opinion (although normally the kiss is one of my favorite aspects of the drama). This is probably the first time I don’t want to see the lead couple in a kissing scene. I just don’t feel this pairing at all. But, I am enjoying the story itself so far.

Good start. More depth to the storyline than I thought there’d be. Some chuckles and light moments, but also serious moments too. Better than I expected.

Many people seem to be enjoying the drama from what I see in the comments.

He was the ML in “River Where the Moon Rises” and looked like a massive, glorious Gladiator in that role. He was jacked and more muscular as he played a soldier. He’s a tall, big guy and looks better when he’s heavier. He can carry some weight and still look good. He’s too skinny now. Still handsome, but a bit too skinny.

It’s cringey, and this coming from someone who loves these steamy, low-brow minis, lol 😆. But, I will stick it out a while longer before I call it quits. Maybe it’ll get better.

Min Hwan’s second proposal in the new timeline had “Spring Day” in the fireworks display. What did that mean? Why would he say that? “Sping Day” had been something that bonded Ji Won and Ji Hyuk. So why is Min Hwan using that expression?

Well, yeah, that’s the whole story. How can she achieve what she needs to achieve within a rigid set of parameters? That’s the story. She did say no and tried to break up already, but the maniac got violent. He won’t let her go. She’s playing the long con in order to make him think that breaking up was his own idea. Otherwise, he won’t let go.

Even if caught red-handed, this weasel would find some way to weasel out of the wrong. He would have some way of flipping the script and blaming either Ji won or Su Min. Ji Won has got to play the long con and let him think he’s choosing to end the relationship.

She’s majorly jealous not in love. She hates Ji Won. The “my other half” nickname is a bit suspect though. Quite odd to call your female bestie that. And the whole threesome couple situation—weird dynamic. But, mostly, I think that Su Min is just a master manipulator and an emotional, vampiric leech who sucks the life out of emotionally needy people in order to use them to get ahead. Pitiful, yet talented and pretty, Ji Won was her ideal and hapless victim for years. More than anything, Su Min is jealous of Ji Won and wants to keep her in her “place.”
