Not really, in my opinion. I might drop it. It’s ok. I love Crystal Liu the actress, but I dislike this character so far. I’m enjoying the brother’s romance though. He’s a green flag.

The way she flipped out upon learning he took a job in Paris turned me off. Beyond ridiculous. He didn’t say let’s break up. True, he should have told her, but they only just started dating. I can understand her disappointment, but she’s expecting too much too soon. I don’t know if I can stick with this drama.

Is the Ye cousin interested in Jiang Li? We know (at least, we think) he is not her biological cousin, but still, that’s gross.

The villains are too vile and evil. Disturbing 😳.

That fan must be made of stainless steel. Either that or it’s a magic fan, lol. It’s got strength and boomerang 🪃 properties that rivals Wonderwoman’s belt which also transformed into a weapon/boomerang when she took it off and threw it. (This is from the 1970s Linda Carter series. Let’s see who remembers that. I don’t know if the 2000s Wonderwoman movies had that .)

I really enjoyed “Your Sensibility, My Destiny.” I don’t remember her being annoying.

I would recommend watching Kunning Palace first as all the episodes are completed.

Honestly, I totally see your point. The pacing and story development are a little off too. But, yes, overall, the drama is pretty good. Worth sticking with it.

I would also recommend “Story of Kunning Palace.” Even better in my opinion. That has me in a chokehold even still. I rewatched it a dozen times. Really outstanding. The pacing, the story development, the chemistry. All fire. 🔥

Did you see “My Journey to You” already? It was different and intriguing.

Completely different genres: but “Go Ahead” had me in a chokehold back in day for a good long time; Rewatched many times. “Reset” was excellent. “Imperfect Victim” was thought-provoking.

I don’t know of any new, really outstanding dramas.

The drama is very good. Smart FL. Dashing, charismatic ML. Exciting story. Interesting characters. Fairly good pacing and story development. Excellent acting. The age difference is not in the drama. It’s barely even noticeable in the drama.

2. One and Only (This was my first drama of his and his talent blew me away. He was a standout from the getgo.)

4. First Love (Great kissing, but his character was a simp, annoying FL character)
