The love scene was wow! I didn’t know Rowoon had it like that. Or, was that a body double? 🔥The Director was very skilled. Not awkward at all like it was in “She Would Never Know.” Jo Bo Ah is very skilled too. She handles scenes like this very well.

If you take this drama too seriously, then it’s easy to hate. If you don’t, then it’s easy to see its strengths and its humor. Tired tropes galore however. Good acting, but, man, is this a frustrating, nonsensical plot! It does come together very well in the end though. Worth sticking it out. As you’re watching, it’s hard to root for the leads when the basis of the attraction seems questionable and he’s a two-timing, confused cheat. And, the unsettling supernatural elements—straight up voodoo—really disturbing and scary. That second-lead female actress plays the same pathetic type in every drama she’s in—so beautiful yet so ugly. I don’t understand characters like hers. One positive though—This has to be the most gorgeous I’ve seen Rowoon. I mean, he just gets more and more beautiful to look at with every drama. It’s redundant to state the obvious, but he is really handsome, OMG. I love his acting. Ep 10–the almost kiss 😅😏🔥. He is nailing the moody, sexy tsundere with a subtle comedic edge. Nailing it.

Season 1 was not a happy ending. Season 2 started with a love triangle. So, dropped it straight away. Don’t know how things ended.

Very good drama. Many good side-storylines. Good acting. Nice visuals. It was a melodrama though; so, there were a number of over-the-top scenarios. Some of the over-the-topness had me laughing so hard even though this is supposed to be a serious drama. Also, the ML character was flawless, too good to be true, but even still, I am here ALL DAY for a swoon-worthy, gorgeous, well-built, gentle, devoted, capable man. This is the kind of romance drama I live for even though I know it’s thoroughly unrealistic because no man is perfect to this extent. The kiss scenes fell a little short, in my opinion—the Director tried hard to be creative and work around the leads’ height disparity—but it was still a very heart-fluttering and romantic drama nonetheless, awkward kisses and all.

The kiss scenes are lit. Li Jiu Lin knows what he’s doing. Kudos to the Director too. It’s with his/her vision and direction that the actor skillfully executed. This Director was very creative in episode 17.

FL was necessary. ML became happier, less stuffy and uptight, and had a renewed zest for life because of her. ML’s character development was because of her. Otherwise, he would have been living his same ol’ boring life—a critical, complaining, no-fun, no-friends, overachieving-but-no-real-purpose life. She made life more interesting and exciting for him.

The whole cast is young. It’d be a very different drama with older actors. It’d have a whole different feel and vibe. I like the young leads. Their youth is part of the character, their growth and development.

Lin Yi is really impressing me as an actor here. His character is flawed—a troubled, lonely, distrustful soul who took all of that angst out on the FL inappropriately. But, I do see a bit of growth over time. He apologized for his rudeness, which revealed a bit of self-awareness. But, he’s still a cold soul and has a long way to go. His character growth is not so dynamic or as obvious as the FL character’s growth, but there are subtle changes. Lin Yi nails those subtleties very well. Also, his fight scenes are top-tier. He does “tough-guy” surprisingly well. He doesn’t look like a tough guy with his Harry-Potter style and lean frame, but he nails it anyway. Very believable. I have a new respect for his acting because of this drama.

Very good drama. The FL’s character development is very well done. All of the hairdressing/makeup stuff are just vehicles to show us the FL’s growth. This young actress is definitely one to watch. She’s good. ML actor is nailing his role too. His character is cold, domineering, and distrustful. They go head-to-head very well against each other.

He’s just very cold and domineering and distrustful of the FL. The actor himself is outstanding—nailing the role, but the character is quite complex. He takes care of the FL, but he’s harsh with it. FL is no pushover though. Good drama. Very good.

This young actress is outstanding. I am really enjoying her in “Derailment.”

On episode 8. Very good drama. Intriguing. Good acting. But, man, the ML character is such an ass. FL character has to grow too, but the ML is really making me sick right about now. Good drama though.
