Lee In is married to that Queen, or was she his brother's wife and son? Also, is "the grand queen" mean person?…
The sickly queen is his wife. The little prince is his nephew. The prince’s mother, the previous queen, was sent to a monastery.

For these cross-dressing dramas, either the woman reveals her identity herself or certain behaviors giving away…
It was definitely a strategic element on her part. But, she’s in love with him too despite her anger towards him. She couldn’t stand the thought of his sleeping with the Court Lady.

Jo Jung Suk never disappoints with the kisses, that’s for sure. FL is a good kisser too, at least, even though her facial expressions are a bit bland. But, then again, maybe her bland expressions are part of the strategy for her character, purposely being inscrutable and unreadable. Anywho, she’s pretty.

She loves him. How hard is that to understand? She’s furious with him, but she can’t help herself from loving…
For sure. He definitely became smitten with her (“him”) in that moment.

Not that good, in my opinion. Most commenters here seem to love it though.

She is such a hypocrite, you know? Honestly, her self-righteous behaviour was pretty disgusting already, and now…
She loves him. How hard is that to understand? She’s furious with him, but she can’t help herself from loving him anyway. He’s been inconsistent with her. He seemed like such a nice guy before he became king. Then, he did a complete 180. I can see why she’s mad. He clearly liked her before he became king, yet sent her away at the slightest whiff of conspiracy against him. Didn’t bother to get justice for her at all. And, given that she had fallen in love with him, yet got betrayed, made it all the worse—hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. To be fair, he didn’t know her that well, so logically, his guard needed to be up. I certainly understand why he dismissed her. Why should he trust a virtual stranger simply because of superior baduk skills and a pretty face? Logically, he had to distance himself, but love should have brought him back (from her point of view). Also, her father—she blames the king for her father, but we know, of course, the father made his own choice. Basically, each of them has been acting without acquiring all the facts. I personally needed to see them hash things out thoroughly before their being intimate though. The reveal and the kiss weren’t entirely satisfying to me with things as they stand right now.

Will he still love MW after he learns “he” is a woman? I don’t believe he will.
Nope. Not if there is a gender issue. We can just be friends. Or just go different paths altogether, especially if there was deceit.

At this point, I think the king will be disappointed when he discovers that Mong Woo is actually a woman 🤣🤣

The King went crazy, turning the palace upside down whenever there was a Mong Woo the last 3 years. If not love…

I read that in the novel, the leads spent the entire night making out when they stayed at that hotel (ep 11).…
What chapter was that in the novel?
On Amidst a Snowstorm of Love Feb 5, 2024
I get that she’s shy, but I’m ready for her stop with the timid stammering all the time. The first few times it was understandable. But now, it’s time to speak clearly and directly.
On Amidst a Snowstorm of Love Feb 5, 2024
In the novel, the mother and child who Lin Yiyang helps on the train are a black family (because the setting is New York). The drama changed the setting to Finland however; so, we don’t get to see that same diversity. But, it would have been a nice touch. The Director missed a nice opportunity by excluding that from the drama. That element gives us an added insight into Lin’s character, his unprejudiced, global, broad-mindedness. He’s a kind and thoughtful guy who helps any mother dealing with a fussy baby. He’s a good guy. Green flag! 🇸🇦
