He needs to practice minute expressions maybe. It’s hard to act for the quiet or cold type coz there’s the danger of being too stiff. Some actors/ actress can already do it, but he is still young so he still has opportunities to grow. I do agree also to the previous commentator (below) that there is chemistry between ML and Fl here, but a little bit less compared to their other dramas. And I think it’s partly because of ML’s stiff acting also. Plus he looks far too young for Shi Yan. HOWEVER, for me, it is still passable and still does not put me off very much. Also I am not a super big fan of the novel itself, so I wasnt expecting very much. I am here for the fun, chill romance hence why I am still enjoying this drama so far. Fortunately, the casts are all good looking too. :)))
