Bai Lu drama rarely in netflix except TTEOM, maybe due to iqiyi, since Youku & Wetv dramas always premiere in Netflix. Im glad this air in netflix cause this will help BL Joseph popularity internationally!

yes! Lulu for sure have this intensity as an actress (which i cant explain) that will bring soo much tears to viewers.

After watching the trailer, I've changed my mind with LCM. Damn, I kinda feel the chemistry even the trailer seems funny. Plus LCM kinda deliver the intensity of the tyrant king and is excited for the romance. it's gonna be intense & he'll be the obsessed love interest for sure, considering how the king is portrayed. I need a darker character atm.

Ill enjoy this drama a lot cause I anticipated since 2 years ago. Its just sad that people act like she been in MANY bad projects when she had A LOT of good projects but 1-2 might not be their taste. Anyway, im super excited for tears and trauma for the next 4-5 weeks.

I understand why people said that her character is the exact same because TTEM is one of the most impactful drama in this genre. But it was just TTEOM that had the same theme as this drama, lol. Her character in One and Only, Northward, SOKP, were different. Overall, I think she was tied with iQiyi using her to boost a new rising star like MM & she was pushed to do specific projects(from BL interviews it seems so) but BL is a super good actress, and people should stop discrediting her. I'm excited for this drama, and Joseph is super compatible with BL.
I hope BL gets more different genres for her future projects. BL also said the same: she wants to try different characters. Anyway, I'm excited for this premiere!

Im not sure about the drama setting but hopefully(praying so hard) that the setting, costumes and makeup will differ from most Bai Lu's past dramas.

Im gonna reserve from watching it at least 20 eps. How does the drama anticipation actually(rate etc)? Hope for a very successful premiere.

My gawd, im anticipating this drama since 2 years ago. I miss Bai Lu in good drama with good pairings and some good tears. MM doesnt satisfy me as x unleashed her potential since i felt like people are using her to popularise new actors esp Male actors tbh. BL deserves a good pairing & Joseplh seems promising!

Joe Chen is killing her role. Before Cdrama or kdrama became popular, she was a legend in Taiwanese drama. This is her first time she acted as a villain cause she always acted as a heroin who always cried a river in her past dramas lol.

I can't pity the princess at all. Yes, she suffered, but many people in this drama suffered due to her cruelty (XXF brother's gf who was raped, XFF herself, XFF brother, etc) yet they are still good people. The scene with her child only makes me pity her as a mother, but just like many villains, they love their children but still kill people (Ji Shu Ran). It annoyed me even more when she's happy with SYR due to her pregnancy, asking what to name her baby while the country in turmoil, people dying due to their action. She's just the female version of an evil princess who felt that she could trample anyone, wanting everything, including SYR from his wife, by 'tainting' him so he's on par with her, same evilness. Yet felt sad when SYR didn't love her? You cornered a man into unmasking his evil nature and asked him to do the dirtiest thing to people mercilessly. Her background story made me understand her, but it's hard to pity her when she's one of the roots of the nation's problem. She deserved more than this tragic ending tbh & that cant even repay the evil thing she did to other people. And SYR? he's just evil man, nothing grey about him when he killed his wife.

This is the best ZLH project soo far. Kinda see how he's acting is not perfected in this drama yet but overall his chemistry with Bailu and great story overall makes this project his best one.
