Okay, i want to say how much Joesph and BL nailing the chemistry and they are freaking cute as a husband and wife. And Joseph's eyes scream he missed his wife & is trying to persuade his sulking wife, and BL's expression is just a hurt and grieved wife who refuses to give in but actually loves his husband.

I do think that some of LQ cheerful character is just HRY before all these tragedy happened to her (but not the clueless character). Its part of her behind the powerful deity that she only showed to BJS in the past. this was shown in ep 12 where BJS said that he just knew his wife despite the facade. Up until ep 12, this drama is about how the immortal deity couple fight, sulk, and how the immortal husband tries to persuade and get back his wife. How bad the revenge is, that's is the deity style of solving things. And most importantly, the grievances of a mother. Now I'm excited for their mortal story and the dubbing is better with HRY. The heavenly lord is missing her wife soo much & wanting to keep her by his side whatever his wife thinks

True. From the flashbacks, HRY seems to be a kind & softhearted 'god' where they usually stick to the rule of not interfering in mortal matters, HYR seems to be easily 'swayed'. This can bee seen from the 11 & 12 eps.

Them having a child must unknown to ML as the trailer also showed him (as heavenly lord) falling to the ground when he was FL carried a boy (he went through her memories?). And ML seems to be busy throughout mortal life, doing business & he mentioned that he refused to have a child, so misunderstandings occurred. The death of the child had caused deep grievances and that's her origin story.
I finally understood from my past xinxia that when these gods fall in love, they will be messing up each other so bad, betrayal but still crazily in love with each other cause that's how they cultivated through tribulations. A reincarantion and stab in the heart is just like a short breakup for couples lol. What's more, this is a heavenly god. People need to grasp this notion & will understand the characters better.

Watched until 3rd ep & those who commented on heavenly lord and he looked like he didnt care must rarely watch Xiancia dramas and novels. Usual heavenly lords are not a great figure of a typical hero, they always act based on the "whole picture" of what is benefiting the whole realm, more prideful than an emperor itself, nonchalant, arrogant etc. Most importantly not human and most powerful deity so u cant expect he act like other typical god in xinxia. Even god of war as the typical hero in xinxia is not as powerful as heavely lord. I guess the purpose of this drama is to see the character development of the ML and FL. This reminds me of Ashes of Love, eternal love tbh. Nowadays, not many drama productions like this.
