-Who would think of another monster during the 600 years if that monster itself was hiding?! He showed no signs of existence until Sang Woon’s family got killed and just showed up again after Hwal finally found her dear sir/maam if you forgot.
-Dude try apprehending a monster who drinks bloods of humans as an injured monster who only drinks the blood of animals aka Hwal or as an ordinary human aka Sang Un who just got chocked by the same Dark Hole. Even if Dark Hole was also wounded and poisoned, Even if they succeeded in restraining him like you said, what if after he recovers? Didnt you think of the possibility they’d all die even before they get home? Hwal and Dark Hole clearly have a big difference in strength, if you forgot again. Wasnt it already made clear that they couldnt defeat him? DARK HOLE IMMEDIATELY WAS ABLE TO STAND/RECOVER IMMEDIATELY AT SUNSET
while HWAL RECOVERED ONLY THE NEXT DAY?!
So isnt it actually smarter to run for their lives and recuperate instead?! You’re clearly a blind watcher and just wanted to include the drama on your bad day. Take care.
I was so glad when he tried to find answers and was still open to possibilities after he knew of Dark Hole’s existence or else I would have hated Hwal :DDD.
>Taking Revenge - when she stabbed a freaking angry immortal aka Hwal in EP4
>Finding Answers - when she bravely entered the room of a freaking monster who burns people in EP7
- when she asked another freaking monster with a freaking crossbow where is Do Yoon in EP10
She is written to be too selfless and too short sighted to realise a lot of people also cares for her. I also observed from her conversations with Hwal that she has already pessimistically adjudged the situation she is in-which is possible future death in the future a.k.a. Being murdered anytime at the hands of Hwal/Dark Hole.
This shows her not caring for her life anymore. That’s all. goodbye.
Joke. But it is still true guys.
Edited:if you guys misunderstood what i said…read this…
- I still love Sang Un despite these risky decisions of hers. She loves her family, she doesn't hesitate to care/help someone in need and, she is also a badass for me- she’s tough, mean, and is aggressive at the right time. Sang Un is worthy of thousands of praises.
-No love triangles.
“He regarded her existence like its something unreal as he admired a flashback of her with a bright smile while brushing her hand on a field of white silver grasses and as she becomes indistinguishable from the shining sun behind her. ”
“ As Hwal stood frozen watching her, as he continued to admire her - he had wished to be able to get the chance to explore the vast depth of an ocean that he saw in her eyes. ”
“ Then Hwal mumbled, that background was as ethereal as her I am sure. ”

These sentences was never said by Hwal in the drama. It’s a creation made from a watcher’s sole imagination only xD…
I edited it to make the interpretations more attractive but I dont know if I did a good job xD
The point of sharing this is to let you guys see what I see when she’s together with Hwal and how much Sang woon’s/Kwon Nara’s beauty is truly enchanting in my eyes like these words despite the gothic clothes ;))
I know Hwal is annoying right now but me dreaming about him thinking about these is not a crime right? XD
Sang woon kept on thinking that she has to sacrifice for everyone’s happiness like how she thought of staying away from all of them in EP9-thank goodness do yoon stopped her from getting on that bus or else i would riot. Why cant she have a peaceful life :)). She has died 7 times already and even kept on hiding for fear of death even on her 8th life. Even hwal kept on regretting his actions, most of the time blind to the truth and is afraid to build a relationship … sorry but… dark hole, you piece of a serial killer and one who is full of envy- i wish for you a miserable death. Yes he was sick, he was not loved, and he didnt experience the love of a mother. His decisions in life may have been driven by these life situations but that exactly is the point. He wanted to beloved by a shit father, killed his brother, didnt feel any regret, lied to everyone around him, attempted to kill any witnesses and, even framed an innocent passerby for his own crime. Even if he did his best to be loved and be accepted, that doesnt excuse his decisions. He is selfish and cared only for himself. He could have lived a life with his brother’s love. There’s no other person who could have taken care of him except his brother if he was not loved by his family since he was living until he was an adult. He also knew that his brother was in that forest so they were probably close. His brother was a skilled warrior so it explains why he didnt even fought back at him. If I am right that his brother loved him, it would mean he is a hypocrite.
Sorry for the rant haha…..i was just so emotional after today’s episode….
So it is natural that ships are blooming from either of the two couples. Because that is what the drama is showing us.
So there is no need to fight nor argue about who is much more “believable” or “has much more chemistry” since both sides are logical and true.
I just had to say a little since the comment section is becoming unhealthier each day when were supoosed to embrace each others opinions and likes/dislikes in mdl right? Im just hoping we can stop this war so that possible watchers of this drama won’t be put off by the negativity here :((…
The scene wherein there’s a beautiful background behind Sang Woon that depicted her innocence from the crime of killing Hwal’s family, the confusion of Hwal and, Dark hole trying his best to convince Hwal which was funny - is spectacular.
Although we all already knew the truth that she did not kill Hwal’s family-even though it was predictable, I think that scene should atleast be appreciated… XD
“As if scattered, where is my body? Can’t stay.”
Were lines that I felt liked Sang Yeon/Woon more and not Hwal.
I’m definitely not crying.
TT-TT
Glad Im not the only one who thinks ththe same <3
Yes a lot also think he is Hwal’s son given their first scene shows Do Yoon closing his eyes and suddenly stabbed Hwal (It fel like nostalgia since Hwal’s son was blind in the past) xD
What if we see this in Bulgasal Sang Woon’s perspective? I think we could get more clues that way.
-Why would she kill Hwal? To get his soul. Now what happened when she did that? She died miserably every time 8times to be exact and was hunted by monsters and a crazy psychopath all her life.
It has no benefit to her. What if it was her final choice at that time because she couldn’t kill Dark Hole as a bulgasal. She protected the soul. So she did snatch Eul Tae’s soul from Hwal just to kill Hwal but either
:To protect the soul from being destroyed by Dark Hole(Because the soul is the only weakness that could kill him) or
:To protect Hwal from dying (What if they had a past relationship. He became Bulgasal when she killed him-It is now obvious that it was not out of anger because she didnt kill Hwal’s family. It means Sang Woon Bulgasal didnt made him a Bulgasal to make Hwal to suffer by remembering that she killed his family.
-Now why didn’t she just kill Dark Hole when she was still Bulgasal?
Notice that it was her who chased Dark Hole’s rampages in her first in Ep1 touching some claws from a tree which is obviously Dark Hole’s doing.
Now she’s not the murderer because a murderer never comes back on a crime scene unless they want to be caught.
-Next is when she killed Hwal, why was there blood on her cheecks and clothes?
Although we didnt get answers from the drama for whom she killed, it is now known she didnt kill Hwal’s family.
It might also be her own blood.
So she might have fought someone more powerful than her. (Obviously another Monster or Eul Tae).
-What if the dream on EP6 stating that Sang woon cursed Hwal was not a miserable death or curse to make him suffer in life everytime. What if it was a curse to make him kill all remaining monsters just like 600 years ago. What if it was really the reason he existed? A mission to eliminate monsters in the world?
I also thought the same with others - what if the miserable thing happening to the people around him (his father, mother, and wife) is not his fault but those people’s own punishment for the things they did in the past?
Was all her actions/decisions out of guilt for Hwal or was it to finally end everything? Why was there a twin? I also dont know. Lets find out together on future episodes!
