I’ve read that they changed the Chinese title from Zhe Yao to Feng Hua Hong Xiao which is stated above in the…
I just read that the drama got its airing permit before the scandal. She isn't banned by the authorities, but no entertainment platform wants to touch her
I don't watch Chinese dramas, but I wonder what the quality of majority can be, when actors shoot 5 long drama…
Average filming time of a Chinese costume drama is of 3-5 months. There are some that can take up to 10 months. So an actor can film 2-3 dramas a year. I haven't seen an actor filming 5 dramas a year...unless the actor has small supporting roles. Main leads won't be able to film 5. They are lucky if they manage 3. It takes around 10 months to 1.5 year for a drama to be able to be transmitted. Modern dramas are usually faster, usually 2-3 months. There are many different levels of chinese costume dramas. You find very high quality ones to very low budgets. So it all depends on production. In average, Chinese costume dramas have higher production quality than Korean costume drama. Chinese also have a lot more genres compared to kdramas and jdramas. There are genres uniquely Chinese such as wuxia and xianxia.
The couple is super cute...but will there be more story than just them being super sweet? So far I'm only watching this because how pretty and adorable the CP is and I really like ZJM....but not sure if I can endure another 26 episodes of 2 people doing nothing but being sweet to each other. Lol
I'm on episode 3. It's a very good drama. I usually can't sit through modern Chinese dramas, but this one has kept me hooked since the second half of the 1st episode. Im curious about what happened 12 years ago that lead to the distancing of 6 friends.
