All the haters are shallow and their overthinking style of analysis are why they aren’t happy with their life. Don’t worry, I was in your shoes too. Sometiemes you get too fixated on being impressed and want a dopamine rush even though you’ve already been building an intolerance to so many dopamine rushes already. Sometimes, you just gotta appreciate the simplicity and POV.Sometimes you get so fixated on all the loop holes and personal preferences you forget all the great things. The leads had wonderful chemistry, the female lead wasn’t as attractive at first glance but as you age you learn to see and develop an eye for those who have a much deeper beauty. I really fell in love with both the leads. The plot and story wasn’t terrible. what matters is the dialogue and chemistry. it was written maybe not so much well directed but I still appreciated the interesting plot and delivery. it was indeed heartwarming and gave me the butterflies.

TOTALLY UNDERRATED ACTOR!!! He needs to go on the big screen!!!

Is it just me who noticed this...? BUt 14th Prince and the evil bish had more kiss scenes than the two leads... not fair... T.T They had one good kiss scene in the beginning and that was it.

Agreed, I'm so confused why she needed to sleep poison him, she could've just asked TTJ. TTJ loves her so much, he would've just given her what she wanted. They could've just had an honest conversation about it. lol But a story has to have a cause and effect in order for the story to move forward so...

Can someone explain to me what the heck ending was all about? Maybe I skimmed too much but then scenes were just way to lengthy to watch them stare off into space…. Were they trying to figure out which ways to kill the evil spirit?

Her voice mesmerized everyone who watched her in Novoland: Pearl Eclipse. Such a calming and gentle voice. Please give her a lead role!

The music was phenomenal. They're slow but don't usually give you heart throbs until much later in the story. Was never a fan of Allen Ren in historical/costume dramas because his makeup/hair was not done well to befit his features. It was only in this drama that his hair and makeup were done so well. This drama is probably more well known for it's beautiful aesthetics, CGI and acting. As for the story, the scenes at least filled in most of the gaps in the story but the story overall was not as strong as I wanted as she was locked up for like the entire first half.

This drama had so much potential but it was not excited too well. Too much dialogue and repetitive scenes/scenario. The whole time is just them hiding their feelings and savior-complex actions from each other. Also… talked so much about biluo sea but never got to really see it……….. other than the same beach they’ve been shooting the same scenes at.

Oppa, your crying scene in episode 10 of Start-up... You did so well. That was one of the best crying scenes I've ever seen. I've watched a few of your dramas and I have to stay, Start-up has got to be one of your best dramas where you got to display your growth as an actor. You've grown a lot and I'm so glad the director was able to capture all of your strengths in Start up. Oppa, Fighting!

This is probably one of Suzy's and NJH best work they've done, not as of together but individually, this is probably the best acting i've seen from both actors. The director did really good capturing their strengths and their growth in this field and specifically in this drama. <3 Fighting!

Mr. Dimples. I've never seen a Korean actor with dimples as big as his. He is adorable yet mature and brings his own vibe into this field. What a fresh face!
