Look, I disagree! But I fully respect your opinion

Mess I never thought I'd see you hating on something To My Star related lmaoo. BUT I understand your points and I even agree with a few. I'm still **enjoying** the series and I'm curious to see what will happen because I do see many interesting details in the characters (well, the protagonists, bc the side characters all feel disposable to me, so far at least), but it's been a bittersweet experience.

I loved the fact that he initiated a kiss. I think it was a needed move for the character at this point for the audience to see bc his constant pushing away from Seojoon was making it hard for us to like him. I do think he'll pull back after this tho, which will probably be seen as another dick move... but well, baby steps, I guess. I'd love the plot of this season to have him "fighting for" Seojoon, but I'm almost sure it'll be the opposite. Unless they pull a plot twist, who knows.

What I don't understand tho is that he started out doing good! I was starting to be impressed and then he... stopped, and let the other actor do all the work.

Seems like kissing men is just not Kangmin's forte. The one kiss in S1 isn't all that either (from his part). Woohyun is always the one elevating the kiss.

Sangwoo is a generic character. Jiwoo is complex and nuanced.

I really liked the first two episodes, but the one thing that I just can't digest so far is the presence of the ex-girlfriend. I can't see how she will be necessary if it's not to just stand between Seojoon and Jiwoo and honestly we don't need anything else between them at the moment. There's already a lot. Maybe she'll surprise but I'm not feeling it.

I've thought about this before. His behavior is too intriguing... to say the least.

I already liked the first episode of this one more than I did the entirety of SIMM so way to go!!

Finale wasn't bad, but so so so boring cuz there's no plot and the fluff is just meh. It's all the same we've seen so many times before in other dramas. There is no imagination to anything in this show. It's all on autopilote. I wanted to write a review for this cuz why not but I'm like ??? I can barely formulate any interesting thoughts about it. And I guess we're back to 2016 style kisses with this one. Mess.

This is abysmal and the couple getting together and being cute halfway through episode 7 doesn't change that.

I'm kinda shocked that this is the only not positive comment I'm seeing here cuz I just don't see where the hype is coming from at all! I felt bored throughout the entire episode and none of the characters interested me --let alone the story, that seems to have been made 1000x before. I'm even seeing people praising the acting and I found that pretty weak too (especially the main lead). I'm glad I found your comment cuz I was starting to suspect I watched the wrong show lol.

I agree that DomeVee were made very superficial throughout the series and that's my issue regarding them cuz they were the ones that caught my attention the most and i was expecting more. But are the other two couples really interesting? Like ThornFah with all the backstories and the privilege of being a main couple and getting 70% of the screentime in most of the episodes was still dull as hell. AiiSaen are cute tho, yeah, but I don't see how they are any interesting either. I think the DomeVee appeal is 1. The clear sexual tension and 2. The controversial storyline that keeps people wondering how those characters will deal with that. The problem is that the show didn't do a lot with it.

There are very few interesting things in this show so I can understand why DomeVee standout.

Porsche was the only one that stood out to me tbh. And also how beeeeautiful he is, damn.

I had no expectations for the DomeVee ending and I was still disappointed.
